Pros: Everything. Can not fault this hotel. From the staff to the location to the meals,. everything was amazing. We were so happy with our stay. If we ever go back to the Dolomites, we will stay here again.

A wonderful hotel in a stunning part of the world…

Pros: Lovely hotel. Great facilities - really enjoyed the spa. Wonderful staff! Good location. Really enjoyed our breakfast and dinners (really good value). We travelled with a 3 month old baby and the hotel was fantastic about it.

Pros: The staff were very welcoming and friendly and were very helpful with my dietary requirements Nothing was too much trouble They helped me plan a dinner menu that I could eat every evening and I was very grateful They were always on hand to help Little touches like making a point of welcoming you as a new guest and saying goodbye as you left Planning our train back to airport, their local knowledge was so useful Hotel in general so nice and peaceful and lovely atmosphere We have never been back to the same hotel twice but we will definitely go back to Hotel Grones

Cons: The only slight things I would say is the mattresses on the beds need to be better Shower needs updating But that's all

A wonderful weeks stayat a lovely & very comfortable family run hotel

Pros: The hotel was absolutely beautiful. The condition of everything was excellent as were the facilities Every member of staff was very alert polite and wanted to help. The restaurant was excellent too, the quality of the food combined with the friendly service made both breakfast & evening meals a real treat.

Fabulous familly run hotel

Pros: Everything was perfect. The location is amazing, views from the rooms are incredible, rooms were really good size, food at the property was delicious we ended up eating there most of the evenings. The staff is incredible and they really understand what true hospitality is. I hope to be back next year!

Hotel Grones has my heart

Pros: The hotel was gorgeous. The breakfasts were amazing and such stunning views from the dining room and the balcony. The staff were really friendly and attentive. It was a great location for us to base ourselves for day hikes in the area.

Lovely family run hotel

Pros: Lovely family-run hotel in a good location only a short walk from the centre of town. Nice-sized room with a good comfortable bed. Really delicious breakfast with lots of choice, and the set menu for dinner each night was also delicious - we hadn't booked half board but ended up eating each night at the hotel anyway as the food was so good. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. The sauna and swimming pool were also good.
