Cons: Shower place is too small. No air conditioner. The windows cannot be locked?

Pros: Lovely Hotel with a beautiful view across the town. Everything was clean and the staff were friendly and helpful.

Lovely hotel with stunning views

Pros: An excellent family run hotel. The situation just outside the centre of Ortisea offers peace & quiet, as well as stunning views. Breakfast and dinner offer plenty of choice, and the afternoon tea is a welcome extra after a day's hiking. There was always a member of staff on-hand to provide advice and recommendations for nearby hikes and excursions. The infinity pool and well-being area are impeccably clean and quite spacious. It's a short walk into the centre of town, so you can leave the car and access restaurants and several cable cars on foot.

Pros: 1. The hotel offers incredibly beautiful scenery; you can witness the breathtaking mountain views right from your room. The outdoor terrace is stunning from dawn till deep into the night! It's like a vast masterpiece. 2. The spa and sauna area of the hotel is truly commendable. Facing the captivating mountain views, it provides a genuine sense of relaxation, along with refreshments and a comfortable lounge area. Even if one doesn't venture into the mountains for a hike, simply staying in the hotel's spa area is a profound way to unwind and indulge. 3. The hotel staff is exceptionally friendly and professional, willing to provide any assistance you may need.

Cons: 1. The hotel is built halfway up the mountain. For guests who don't come by car, going in and out of the hotel can be quite tiring, especially after a day of hiking. There is a small shuttle bus for transportation up and down the mountain, but it only runs once an hour and is not very punctual. We stayed for 4 days and only took it once. 2.The hotel restaurant's food is average, but if you don't eat at the hotel every day, it means you'll have to go down to the town to eat. 3. The mountain view suite of the hotel might be newly renovated as there is a slight smell of paint in the room. 4.Room cleaning is done quite early every day. If you don't hang the \

Pros: Good breakfast options. Friendly and helpful staff. Lovely infinity pool and sauna / steam room. The room was very comfortable with nice balcony.

Cons: The time given to use the wellness area was very limited, between 3pm- 7pm. Room was a little dated for the price but was very comfortable .

Amazing week in the heart of the Dolomites

Pros: We really loved the wellness area - what a view from the sauna. The warm swimming pool was amazing too. The staff were so kind, we are so grateful. They even prepared us a packet lunch on our last day. We only ate once in the hotel restaurant because we were curious to try some place in town, but once was enough to say it was amazing quality and good value for money

Cons: The property is absolutely perfect!
