Alpin Hotel Sonnblick

Pros: Its not often that you see places with such a a high rating. Usually its suspicous, but here its very true. Not sure i have ever seen a more friendly staff in a hotel. The food was delicious, and beeing able to walk to the skilift was just perfect. I really liked, that they did ask for inflated rates durign the Olympic Games. Everything was very fair and correct. Great place

Pros: Fantastic stay! Wellness 10/10 The hotel has 2 wellness areas, which are really big, so you have 2 pools and lots of saunas and chill areas. Therefore you dont need to be afraid that wellness will be busy, as it is really spacious. Rooftop heated pool is also great. Close to Kronplatz ski area, supermarket and pharmacy You can basically walk 5 mins to the ski lift that takes you to the top of Kronplatz. Market and pharmacy are over the street. So once you park in front of the hotel you dont have to drive anywhere else. Staff Family run hotel, and everyone is super friendly and nice. Room We booked a standard room and it was suprisingly big, so lots of space.. more than we are used to get. Food is really good, and lots to choose from at the breakfast buffet, we really did not miss anything here.

Cons: Probably the first hotel where we really can not complain about anything. We have only one recommendation which is to add a water heater in the room with some tea bags and coffee, that would fit in greatly.

Superb

Pros: The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. The hotel Managers have given a lot of bonuses, such as upgraded rooms, free ski lockers, a free one day ski pass and a ski rent discount. The chefs were brilliant (worth Michelin). The overall experience was superb. Moreover the location is perfect as well, it takes about 5 minutes to get to the ski lifts to the mountain (just accross the road). The pools are great for relaxing after skiing as well as supply of wide veraiety of saunas.

Skiing trip in Dolomites

Pros: Helpful and friendly staff, cozy room with large terrace. Amazing food, great selection from the buffet in the morning and 5 course menu in the evening, well located - only one street from the cableway. Roof wellness for adults only.

Cons: Wellness on the roof and also downstairs was quite crowded, leaving us no possibility to rest after saunas or whirpool as all beds were always full (people left their towels to book the spot).

Pros: Our stay was like arriving in a warm bath; we were received with a personal welcome from the owner. The hotel is extremely comfortable. It is full of details that made our stay truly great; one them the wellness with a lot of different saunas; such a pleasant experience! The room was of high quality; great beds and a wonderful shower. Everything clean, new and tastefull. I would highly recommend staying here.
