Perfect stay – comfortable and cozy

Pros: Perfect stay for the 4th consecutive year. Every time we return, there is something new to discover, especially in the spa area, which has almost tripled its capacity in recent years. Despite this, it was never crowded and felt almost private during our stay. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

Cons: The doors to our room closed very roughly, and sometimes housekeeping didn’t close them properly, so when we came back the door was closed but unlocked. Thankfully nothing was missing and everything else was great.

Absolutely excellent, thoroughly recommend. Staff are exceptional.

Pros: Facilities are excellent. You can use the private wellness room for an 1hr just you and your guests, complete with sauna, steam room, lounge chairs etc. There is also an outside sauna with a view of the mountains. The staff went above and beyond for us and were so thoughtful. We had to check out early on our last day and missed breakfast, they offered to prepare one to take with us on our travels home. I was very touched by the effort.

Cons: Nothing springs to mind, I thoroughly enjoyed it. One of the ski lifts next to the hotel was out of action, and a direct shuttle was ready to take us to an alternative lift whenever we needed it with quick service.

Pros: I really enjoyed my stay here. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable — everything was well prepared and nicely maintained. The staff were all so friendly and welcoming, always ready to help with anything I needed. The overall atmosphere made me feel relaxed and taken care of throughout my stay. It’s truly worth every penny I spent, and I would definitely love to come back again in the future.

Pros: Front of house staff were amazing. The location is great, and it is a beautiful hotel. Very clean and modern. Good breakfast.

Pros: Amazing hotel and friendly staff! The hotel is right next to the lift and it was very convenient to go on hikes without the need to take public transport or car. The hotel staff can recommend amazing places for hikes, and give us recommendations every morning during the breakfast.

Pros: We give this hotel top marks. It's located right next to the chairlift to the Rosengarten. Perfect for excursions there. The breakfast was very extensive and delicious. The staff was very friendly, and the bartender, who was originally from Sicily, was particularly great.

Pros: Our whole stay was fantastic from location and staff to the food and the facilities. We would definitely stay here again!

Cons: Air-conditioning would have been a nice to have but we were staying in a ski resort in the middle of a heatwave. You cant have everything anf gor the price we certainly can't complain!
