Italy 🇮🇹

Pros: The location is perfect for skiing from December on, before that no ski area is open! The room and bathroom had very old furniture but everything was clean and functional! And the best part was the receptionist, so kind and helpful!

Pros: After reading previous reviews, I was a little anxious about booking this hotel, but I need not have worried. It's a lovely old building, very traditional and comfortable. Warm room and fluffy towels. Very welcoming staff as well. The best, most comprehensive breakfast I've ever seen, there's something for everyone.

Cons: I can't fault it!

Good value for money

Pros: Friendly staff, the towels were changed daily, the room is very clean. We couldn’t take the breakfast one day because we left early, but the staff prepared it for us the day before so we could take it with us (some fruits, biscuits, honey). There is a free parking in the hotel yard, which is a big plus.

Cons: There were no vegetables at the breakfast during week days. In weekend there were tomatoes and iceberg salad, but still not enough (but I saw that the vegetables were missing from the restaurants nearby as well, not only in the hotel). The room was kind of noisy as it had street view, but the external shutters were good enough to block the noise during the night.

Pros: Very friendly staff, wonderful breakfast, clean room and bedding. Beautiful area.

Cons: Pillows hard and not comfortable. Would be so nice to have small fridge and kettle or coffee maker so I could make myself cup of tea or coffee. Not understanding why not provided.

Pros: The location is very good, you can walk to the town centre and find all you need. The check in was very quick and easy, the bed was comfortable and the room was very clean.

Cons: The bathroom was a bit old and the flush made a lot of noise.

Good value. Clean, comfortable and good breakfast. Better room decor would make a big difference.

Pros: The breakfast was excellent. The staff were very helpful. Able to easily log in to Netflix and use the WiFi. Beautiful location.

Cons: The room was a bit sparse and drab and could do with a bit more decoration to make it feel more welcoming. Provision of tea/coffee making facilities in the room would have been nice.

Great stay, would choose again.

Pros: Very good price considering it is in a great location, close to many popular sites at the Dolomites. The room and bathroom were clean. Breakfast is delicious and very complete.

Cons: Wifi did not reach our room.
