Pros: We were truly impressed by the care with which Anna and Fabio prepared the apartment for their guests. What stood out was not only the impeccable cleanliness, but also the thoughtful details that genuinely enhance the comfort of the stay. A dedicated first-aid kit was provided in the bathroom cabinet, and the hosts even thought of bandages for children. Every appliance comes with clear instructions in several languages, making them easy and stress-free to use. The wardrobe included interesting toys that kept the children entertained, as well as a baby monitor. Anna and Fabio took care of not only the basic equipment (such as an iron), but also a clothes-drying rack and even small essentials like paper towels, napkins, and laundry detergent. The whole experience was completed by very kind communication and help with planning trips and organizing our stay. You are amazing!

Pros: We had an amazing stay. The host was incredibly kind and welcoming, providing clear and detailed instructions to find the house. The location is perfect—super close to the train and bus stations, with a supermarket right across the street. Every appliance in the house came with clear usage instructions, showing an impressive level of care and attention to detail. The host also provided a fantastic list of restaurant recommendations and local tips. My sister and I wanted separate beds, and everything was perfectly arranged for us. Having stayed in three different places in Italy, this was by far the best—truly comfortable and exceptional. 100/10!!!!!👍🏻

Pros: Everything. Hospitality, lots of information available, and spotless. It was impressive how clean it was. Facilities all in perfect working order.

Excellent base and great accommodation

Pros: The apartment was spotless, has great amenities, comfortable bed and is in an excellent location to maximise your opportunities for using the cable car, travelling further into the Dolomites by bus or train and is only a few minutes walk to the old town.

Perfect apartment

Pros: The apartment is located just 5 minutes from the city center and it is equipped with everything what you need. Fabio was very kind and he was open for any special request. I can strongly reccommend this aparment to everybody.

Pros: Beautiful apartment in a really convenient location in Bolzano near the cable car station. Great WiFi and aircon inside. Really loved how there were so many instructions in the apartment about how to use appliances like the coffee machine as well as which bins to use for different recycling. It was fantastic that we got a Bolzano card which we could use on public transport and even some of the cable cars. Thank you Fabio for a wonderful stay!

Pros: Apartamento com muito conforto, e o atendimento do Sr Fabio é excelente, educado e paciente conosco, meu italiano não é muito bom, e ele mesclou, fez um Ítalo-portuguese juntos. Gostei disso.

Pros: Persoonlijk opgewacht. Alles uitgelegd. Deed er alles aan ons verblijf zo aangenaam mogelijk te maken: van de woning en van de stad en omgeving. Welkomspas voor duur van ons verblijf. Toeristen info aanwezig. Appartement was werkelijk een toplocatie.
