Pros: 직원들이 너무 친절하고 수영장과 사우나 시설이 훌륭하다. 체크아웃하는날 아침 근처 주유소에서 이중결제된 문제가 있어 직원에게 도와줄수있느냐고 물어보니 빅보스가 나와 직접 가서 도와주었다. 정말 고마웠다. 다시 한번 감사드린다.

Pros: Am Frühstücksbuffet fanden wir alles, was wir uns zum Frühstück wünschten.

Cons: Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Dachschräge, wobei wir statt einer Dusche eine Badewanne ohne Vorhang hatten. Auf Nachfrage teilte man uns mit, wenn wir gefragt hätten, wäre eine Zimmertausch vorgenommen worden. Da wir nur 1 Nacht blieben, war das für uns okay. Leider fanden wir im Badezimmer weder eine Seife noch ein Duschgel vor. Und das Abendessen konnte nicht a-la-carte eingenommen werden, sondern bestand aus einem 4 gängigen Menü. Dies wurde mit Personalmangel begründet. Die Qualität des Abendessens war gut.
