Beautiful, fun and comfortable

Pros: The treatment of the buffet staff, and I especially thank the girl who wears medical glasses, and the reception there is good. There is nothing like her treatment and reception is wonderful.

Excellent ski vacation

Pros: Excellent food, view from the room, bed, room size. Excellent saunas and sauna events, pools and relax zones. Will say it again, food is delicious! Wi-Fi was working good.

Cons: Cannot say much here. Maybe having better shampoo in the room, not 3 in 1, that's all.

Pros: Great stay in super nice hotel. Especially in plus: food (great cuisine), wellness area (with great relaxing spots). We were also surprised with „gala dinner” from the hotel. Well done!

Cons: Kids play area - this is on minus. Very old toys and felt dirty. Not much needed just to clean the room and get few new things for the youngest ones.

Pros: Hotel Kronblick exceeded all my expectations. Super friendly staff, cleam rooms, awesome spa and sauna with cold plunge pool, spacious pools, great relaxing zone. Special kudos goes for a dinner - besides various offered food they offer special a la cart selection for dinner-one of them is great steak. We have enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back!

Pros: wonderful hotel. large warm pools, clean rooms, perfect food. we have been to a lot of five star hotels, this one is on par with them in every respect. special greetings to the bartender Emilio, he made our stay there even better.

Immer wieder!

Pros: Das Personal war immer freundlich und nett, das Essen war sehr gut und die Aussicht war traumhaft! Im Wellnessbereich war für Groß und Klein etwas dabei!

Cons: Was mir nicht gefallen hat, war die Hot-Stone-Massage, da sie nicht meinen Erwartungen entsprach.

Einfach genial 🤩

Pros: Frühstück war Super habe Selten so ein schönes Buffet gesehen. Auch dass Abendessen war sehr lecker und die Bedienungen sehr freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Das Hotel ist sehr Pet freundlich unser Labi hat es genossen.

Cons: Alles war Top gar nichts zu bemängeln 👍🤣🤩

Fantastico soggiorno estivo in Alto Adige!

Pros: Qualità e varietà del cibo, cortesia e professionalità dello staff, le zone di svago e ristoro, posizione strategica per raggiungere posti incantevoli da visitare

Cons: Camera non climatizzata (anche se il caldo torrido è stato un evento strano per Chienes), la struttura è pet friendly ma non vi è un'area dedicata a cani e gatti.
