Helpful and friendly staff, clean, great food, overall an experience i would gladly recommend

Pros: The landscapes are beautiful, it is not faraway from ski lif or from the city, beautiful inside and outside.

Cons: If i had to say anything negative about this hotel it would be the temperature of the inside and outside pool, a little colder than what i expected and it’s also a personal preference, but since everything else was perfect i would like to visit again

A great hideaway to relax and enjoy the nature and the calm.

Pros: Everything was perfect. The spa is spacious and super clean. The staff is wonderfully accommodating. And most importantly, the food is absolutely the best. The chef of the kitchen doesn’t only cook, he creates delicious artwork! We shall come again!

Amazing Perfect hotel

Pros: It is a wonderful and quiet place - the swimming pool is huge and warm - perfect for relaxation - everything is super clean and the breakfast is the best we experienced so far

Cons: Was almost perfect - a fire would have been perfect for the cold evenings nearby the bar.

Perfect stay in the Dolomites

Pros: A beautiful hotel with excellent hospitality. When we lost our luggage a couple of days before our wedding the team were very helpful and accomodating. For our elopement they provided the most beautiful picnic with everything we needed. The spa and pool area is incredibly relaxing but the highlight was the food. 10/10.

Brilliant, go if you get the chance

Pros: Location, staff, facilities- all exceptional, a proper bit of luxury South Tyrol style. Loved the e-mountain bikes they have , the pools and the great food ( make sure you go half board, it’s excellent, local food and fab value) . Great vegetarian variants of all the meals

Cons: I’m not sure that its possible to find anything that I dislike about here
