A great experience i would reccomend to families with small children
Pros: Facilities, staf was very frindly, children playground unmatched in any hotel we have been.
Cons: Clean it was but we could spot som dirtines somtimes. The location is a out if hand so without the car you cannot do much. Food sometimes great, sometims not at the level.

Pros: Lot of things for children to be occupied: Game rooms, playgrounds, pools... so if outside is bad weather they have what to do. One more thing that we found very usefull is that every family/room has its own dedicated table for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Food is also great.

A relaxing and memorable stay in a beautiful location with great food and excellent facilities.
Pros: The food was amazing, and the resort’s location beneath the mountains was exceptional. The hotel’s facilities — including the sauna, pools, and kids’ areas — made our holiday even more enjoyable. Overall, we were very satisfied.
Cons: I honestly can’t think of anything I disliked about the hotel, but if I had to mention one thing, it would be the lack of lighting in the room.

Exceptional
Pros: Amazing family hotel. Plenty of activities for kids (toddlers as well). Food is amazing as well as the staff. Room had plenty of space and was cleaned meticulously.
Cons: Location is not the best as the back of the hotel is facing a train station with construction works. This is however a minor detail as once you enter in the hotel, you completely forget it

Pros: The hotel is excellent. There's so many things to do for kids. They tried everything - the pool, the slide, the toboggan, trampolines, Falky land, ski slope, a pirate ship. They loved it. The staff is very polite and friendly. They welcomed us very nicely - seated us, offered a welcome drink, and explained everything. The food was delicious.
Cons: The room was nice, but it could use a renovation. The toilet and the battery by the washbasin were leaking (so we had wet toiletry bags). For breakfast and dinner, we were seated at the table with chairs ON the air conditioning vent, which was very unpleasant. Nevertheless, after asking them to turn it off, they at least increased the temperature and decreased the intensity.

Cons: There is no coffee machine in room. The shuttle bus, that is provided by the hotel to get us to the ski slopes was not always avaliable:(

Pros: Everything except the beds , that needs to be improved.
Cons: The space of the kids room is too small for kids 10+ The activities for kids 10 + and adults need to be improved .
