Pros: Great Hotel with the staff really tries their best to make guests comfortable, I especially have to praise the chef for dinner. Hopefully I come back soon.

Godny polecenia hotel w Południowym Tyrolu dla rodzin i grup przyjaciół!

Pros: Miły rodzinny hotel w cichej okolicy Kiens, z parkingiem, strefą spa, kręgielnią oraz przechowalnią sprzętu narciarskiego. Niedaleko do przystanku autobusowego, sklepów i kafejek. Łatwy dojazd do Kronplatz. Bardzo miła obsługa i przepyszne wieczorne obiady, które zasługują na wyróżnienie (kucharz godny pochwały!). Pokoje obszerne, czyste i ciepłe – nam trafił się piękny widok z balkonu na miasto i góry w tle.

Cons: Śniadania bardzo dobre, ale mogłyby być nieco urozmaicane. W porównaniu ze wspaniałymi różnorodnymi obiadami wydawały się powtarzalne. Aczkolwiek nadal bardzo smaczne i świeże!

Pros: Dobre śniadanie i bardzo dobra kolacja. Wszędzie bardzo czysto i ciepło. Miła i życzliwa obsługa. Duży parking.

Una vacanza bellissima ed un soggiorno a pochi chilometri da tantissimi luoghi incantevoli.

Pros: Tutto perfetto, la camera pulitissima e grande dotata anche di balcone con tavolino e sedie. La sala da pranzo molto elegante con una cucina molto curata nei particolari e varia. La gentilezze e la cortesia dei proprietari.

Pros: Le persone che ci hanno accolto in hotel durante il soggiorno sono sempre state molto cortesi e attente alle nostra richieste. La camera era ben pulita e tenuta, inoltre è stata soddisfatta senza alcun problema una richiesta personale in merito alla camera.

Cons: Ho appreso telefonando il giorno prima che la cena in hotel non sarebbe state disponibile per il giorno di arrivo, e che forse lo sarebbe stato per il giorno successivo. Consiglio, in senso di critica costruttiva, di esplicitare più chiaramente al momento della prenotazione, oppure sul sito internet dell'hotel, la disponibilità o meno della cena (la scelta dell'hotel, specie con bambini, può dipendere anche dalla disponibilità a cenare in hotel).

Quiet respite in a warm and welcoming environment

Pros: Small, quiet, family-run hotel in a small, quiet village. We speak very little Italian or German, and the host spoke only a little English, but she was friendly and helpful and communicated everything we needed to know, and more. We travel by bicycle and were able to store our bicycles in a secure ski/bike room. The breakfast was wonderful. When we checked out, our host asked where we were going next, and when we told her Bressanone, she pulled up the website for Abbazia di Novacella and suggested we visit it. We did stop there, and really enjoyed it; we would not have known about it otherwise.

Pros: Colazione e cena perfette, chef top, gentilezza dello staff, pulizia eccellente, Spa ben tenuta e poco frequentata. Parcheggio gratis davanti all'hotel! Buona posizione, con market e centro del paese a due passi.
