Pros: The room is great with a lot of space for 3 of us. The pool also very nice with both indoor and outdoor pool, not crowded and very clean.

Cons: If the breakfast could have more choice, it could be better.

Pure relaxation and modern luxury in South Tyrol

Pros: This was an exceptional stay where we felt we were constantly discovering new levels of luxury. We were incredibly lucky to receive a free room upgrade; the space was generous and featured a lovely panoramic day bed and a balcony. The bed was very comfortable and the entire room was well-appointed. The wellness area is outstanding. We loved the variety of saunas, particularly the Finnish sauna followed by the snow room. Swimming in the heated outdoor pool at night was a wonderful experience. The food was also a highlight; both breakfast and dinner were delicious, with a great mix of buffet options and freshly cooked items. Finally, the staff deserve a special mention for being so attentive and super helpful throughout our stay.

Amazing facilities

Pros: Incredible facilities - wonderful pools and the wellness area was amazing with so many sauna options. Location was great - close by via car or bus to the amazing Dolomites hiking spots. Great massages with Natalia.

Cons: Only down side was that it was noisy where our room was on the side of the building where deliveries were arriving at 5am which woke us up

Pros: Our stay at this hotel was absolutely perfect from start to finish. The room was luxurious, and the spa facilities were spotless, with an outdoor jacuzzi, sauna, and swimming pool. We were warmly welcomed with drinks upon arrival, which set the tone for a fantastic experience. Originally, we booked for two nights but loved it so much that we extended our stay. The food was outstanding—breakfast offered a great variety, including prosecco, which was a perfect start before hitting the slopes. Dinner, included in the room price, was a delicious four-course menu. A special mention to Levi, Christian, and Iuliana for their exceptional service. Thank you for having us—we will definitely return!

Pros: we are for the second time in this cozy, very clean and comfortable hotel with wonderful staff The food in the restaurant is delicious, with fresh products, local cheeses. The service is courteous, with special treatment for everyone, especially Christian Very good spa area and convenient transport to the ski area
