We enjoyed our stay

Pros: We love it, there is nothing we didnt liked. The Food was exceptional, The Hotel is not far from where we went. The Staffs were doing really good with their Job, very approachable. We slept Comfortably. Btw, they didnt have AC but it didnt bothered us. I highly recommend this place, might for sure come back again.

The perfect hotel!

Pros: We highly recommend this hotel to everybody staying in Dolomites.The hotel has an excellent location for skiing in Kronplatz mountain with a free ski bus service. The staff was very friendly and attentive. A big thank you to Karolina for accommodating and helping us. The rooms were very spacious and redecorated to a high standard. The food was delicious with so much to choose from. We particularly liked the health suite area with various saunas and a nice swimming pool and jacuzzi😀

Soggiorno bello e rilassante

Pros: La colazione buona e soddisfacente Cena ottima e abbondante Piscina un pò rumorosa a causa di ragazzi che urlano troppo . Siamo in una sauna dove la gente va per rilassarsi

Cons: Il garage è un pò stretto ma considerando che è gratis va bene così . Ci si adatta . A mio parere non ho trovato particolari che non mi piacessero

Ein ganz fantastischer Aufenthalt -sehr zu empfehlen

Pros: Sehr schöne, sauberes Hotel mit viel Komfort und sehr nette und zuvorkommenden Personal- Sehr aufmerksam und sehr zuvorkommend. Trotz einer relativ späten Anreise haben wir auch noch ein Abendessen serviert bekommen, obwohl die Küche hier schon lange geschlossen war. Der Skibus hält ja auch sehr nah am Hotel.

Cons: Wenn man überhaupt etwas sagen könnte, dann wäre es, dass der Gang zwischen dem Wellnessbereich und der Garage nach Rauch stank.

Pros: Siamo stati un paio di notti, struttura curata e dotata di tutti i comfort. Ottime le cene e le colazioni, personale molto gentile e accogliente. Area SPA gradevole dove rilassarsi dopo aver sciato. Le piste sono distanti circa 20 minuti, lo skibus fa un solo un paio di corse alla mattina, quindi bisogna stare attenti agli orari, noi abbiamo preferito utilizzare l’auto.

Pros: Lo staff è davvero accogliente e disponibile. Camera ampia e con tutti i comfort. Zona wellness essenziale ma completa. Colazione e cena ottime.

Cons: É una struttura che avrebbe bisogno di una rinfrescata, ma in realtà è proprio lo stile retrò che la rende particolare.

Cons: On a beau éteindre le chauffage, il faisait super chaud dans la chambre, obligé d’ouvrir toute la nuit (en octobre) Les serviettes mérites d’être remplacées.

Pros: Ein tolles Hotel in guter Ausgangslage! Super freundliche Gastgeber, die Zimmer waren sehr sauber und top ausgestattet. Sowohl beim Frühstück, als auch beim Abendessen hat es an nichts gefehlt. Sehr zu empfehlen!

Een fijn verblijf met zorgzame aandacht van het personeel.

Pros: Personeel is super aardig, werken hard. We staan er van versteld dat ze het met zo weinig personeel geregeld krijgen. Ontbijt is zeer uitgebreid. We hebben een aantal keren deelgenomen aan het diner. Keuze was mogelijk uit hoofdgerecht en voorgerecht. Eten was uitstekend!

Cons: Helaas weinig te doen in de buurt.
