Hotel Vienna

Pros: The staff are all friendly! The location is perfect! It’s near the supermarket and near the starting point of hiking. I would definitely come back!

Gorgeous Views, Mixed Experience

Pros: We stayed at one of the most beautiful hotels in the area – the views were stunning and the overall atmosphere was lovely. The junior suite we had originally booked looked perfect in the photos and matched our needs well. Once we were moved to the correct room, everything was excellent. The hotel also has a pool where we could relax, and although breakfast was quite basic and repetitive, it was sufficient. The staff were polite and professional. Despite some construction in front of the building, it didn’t cause any disturbance.

Cons: We arrived at the hotel just before midnight and were told that we were being given a different suite, supposedly a “better fit” for our family. However, this room had two large beds and a glass-walled bathroom and toilet located directly in front of the beds, not suitable for privacy, especially when traveling with teenagers. They were unable to change the room that night, but gave us an extra room on the same floor to use the bathroom and shower privately. It was disappointing that instead of admitting they had given away our reserved junior suite, the staff made excuses, saying the beds in the original room would have been too short for teenagers, which was simply not true.

Very nice stay but not ski in ski out (only free shuttle bus)

Pros: My husband and I stayed at Hotel Vienna for 2 nights, we loved the location as it's a few steps away from the main centre. The hotel and hotel staff have been very nice, nice breakfast with a wide choice. Unfortunately we have not experienced dinner but we know that they offer quite an extensive set menu for 40EUR per head and seem to organize a few nice evenings for the guests - for example, one of the nights we stayed there was bingo.

Cons: Although we had a really good stay there are a very few things that if improved could make this hotel the one of our choice every time we visit San Martino: - When checking in we weren't informed the hotel offered a free shuttle service to the slopes. We therefore walked 15 minutes to reach the lifts carrying our snowboards, and only on our way back we have seen a bus with 'Hotel Vienna' written on it, so we thought of asking the driver who confirmed that the service is available every morning from the hotel and every afternoon from the slopes. Would have been great if we had known before :) - We found the 4 pillows in the room were very hard and tall, which we didn't feel to be so comfortable. Pillows are such a personal preference that is hard to please everyone, but if 2 of these pillows would have been a bit softer we could have had a choice and used the one of our preference.

Pros: Clean property, delicious breakfast, but most of all, I was impressed by Alina - the receptionist. She was such a sweetheart - helpful, cooperative, and always warm towards people.

Pros: Beautiful hotel in a stunning location. The staff were so friendly and helpful. It has a real family feel but was perfect too for me as a solo traveller. Room very comfortable and hotel decor overall was luxurious but traditional. Loved the spa for chilling out when the weather turned wet. Highly recommend.

Cons: Can't fault the hotel or staff.

Ottima posizione, ma weekend poco rilassante.

Pros: Ottima posizione, a pochi minuti in auto dall’impianto di risalita di Colbricon, meno affollato rispetto alla Tognola. Comodo parcheggio coperto con deposito sci. Personale cordiale e disponibile, camere pulite. Colazione varia e di qualità, molto apprezzato l’estrattore con succhi freschi. Bella la SPA e la zona benessere.

Cons: Purtroppo siamo capitati in un weekend con molte famiglie e bambini e l’atmosfera non è stata molto rilassante, anche se era proprio quello che cercavamo. Durante la cena il rumore era elevato e anche la zona benessere è risultata poco godibile e con i bambini che urlavano era difficile rilassarsi. Va comunque riconosciuta la disponibilità dello staff, che si è scusato per il disagio. La cena a buffet ci ha lasciati un po’ delusi, niente di particolare e poca scelta di piatti tipici nelle due sere in cui abbiamo cenato.

Accogliente. Vista meravigliosa.

Pros: La posizione è centrale, e grazie alla tessera bus dell' hotel non c'è stato bisogno di prendere la macchina. Lo staff è sempre sorridente e cordiale, dal servizio delle pulizie, ai camerieri e alla responsabile del centro benessere Denise. Gli arredi e l'ambiente, interno ed esterno, sono molto accoglienti. La colazione è molto abbondante e di qualità. Le stanza piccole ma accoglienti, il bagno adeguato per la dimensione della stanza. La zona benessere sempre pulita e ordinata. La pulizia delle stanze è giornaliera. Il garage interno con l'accesso interno all'hotel è una vera comodità, soprattutto quando ha nevicato, siamo riusciti a mettere le catene al coperto. Una vista magnifica delle bellissime montagne.

Cons: La piscina della zona benessere troppo piccola per l'affluenza, soprattutto di bambini. L'avrei preferita se fosse stata solo una piscina relax, non una piscina divertimento per bambini. Secondo me dovrebbero far rispettare di più le norme igieniche prima di entrare in piscina, come per esempio la doccia obbligatoria prima di immergersi.. Poi, ho viste due ragazzine adolescenti portarsi da mangiare in sauna, non so se è permesso ma magari scriverei delle norme da seguire prima di accedere alla zona SPA, da tenere anche nelle diverse camere..

Pros: Direi ottima accoglienza, bel centro benessere, grande garage interno. Molto indicato per chi ha dei bambini.

Pros: Colazione, pranzo e cena ottimi, ragazze del Baby club gentilissimi con i bambini.
