An excellent hotel in all ways!!!

Pros: We liked everything! Especially the location, the garden and the swimming pool, and excellent meals!!!

Cons: Hardly anything, but on cold July days we felt a bit cold in the rooms

Will come back with grand children

Pros: Shutle service from the hotel to the slopes and back

Beautiful holiday in the heart of the Dolomites

Pros: The hotel in his wholeness is beautiful. The staff is exceptional. The facilities are great. Our daughter got to experience the mini club which obviously gave us, for the very first time since she was born, the chance to get a drink or a dinner just the 2 of us knowing she was safe, happy and enjoying herself in Villa Dumbo. We have absolutely nothing negative to say about our short holiday and we certainly are thinking to go back again.

Perfectly located family hotel for young children

Pros: The hotel is perfectly located next to the Monte Plana lift and 1 minute from the bus line that provides access up and down the valley from Ortisei to Plan Gralba. The beautiful garden and pool was welcome after hot days of hiking and biking. Simona looked after us in the restaurant and provided superb, friendly service. Most of the staff from front desk to cleaners were outstanding. Breakfast and dinners are generous and offer a good variety of options, with the buffet on Friday being a smorgasbord of choice. The afternoon snacks / cakes at 16:00 were also fabulous.

Cons: We had stayed here 10 years previously when my son was 2. The target market is families with young children between ages of 3 and 11. With a now 12 year old son it could be a bit family chaotic, and the guided activities were too young for us, but we knew this and decided the location and experience we’d had previously was worth it.

Excellent

Pros: Everything was superb. The staff, the mini club for kids, the facilities. We got upgraded and enjoyed a much larger room with 2 bathrooms. Our son loved spending time with his peers after dinner. The staff was exceptional and bit shout out goes to Piera, at the spa who patiently helped our son getting a thorn out of his hand. Lovely stay, we wish we stayed longer

Cons: Nothing. The weather was not WOW but none’s fault

Pros: Tutto… pulitissimo, personale super gentile e disponibile, ottimo il servizio per bambini alla villa dumbo, I miei nipoti hanno pianto quando siamo ripartiti. Comodissima anche la ski room collegata alla struttura

Pros: Colazione ottima come pure la cena con grande attenzione anche alle mie intolleranze; la cucina è da elogiare con un'ampia scelta di piatti gustosi e un buffet molto ricco, qualità rara da trovare nella formula \

Pros: bardzo dobre śniadanie w formie bufetu z dużą ilością potraw, obiadokolacja serwowana do wyboru do koloru, blisko do sklepu, busa i na szlaki, super spa, oddzielne strefy tylko dla dorosych, spokój pomimo dużej ilości dzieci, porą wieczorową podgrzewany był grzejnik w łazience, możliwość suszenia ubrań, genialna obsługa

Cons: nie było takiej rzeczy
