Dream come true in the Dolomites

Pros: It was really a magical experience in the heart of the dolomites , San Cristina in val Gardena! The facilities of the hotel were just marvellous ! The staff was very very heartwarmingly kind and ready to help. All the menus and the breakfast were beyond imagination. The rooftop swimming pool was really a little wonder with a view of the peaks . The same for the sauna! The relax room is really quiet and just perfect ! The location is Just perfect, 5min walk from a ski lift. Ideal for a familiar stay in winter and summer as well! We really felt ourselves like in a dream 😇❤️

Cons: The parking lot was a bit tricky to find and after to park our car /really narrow spaces /

Pros: Hotel Touring Dolomites is officially a four-star hotel, but in our experience, it absolutely deserves five. From the moment we arrived, the staff were outstanding – incredibly professional, polite, and welcoming. We opted for the breakfast and dinner package, and it was hands down the best decision of our trip. Each evening featured a different menu, with buffet antipasti that changed nightly and Michelin-quality mains and desserts. Every dish was beautifully presented and absolutely delicious – we were truly blown away. Our room was immaculate, and after long days hiking in the Dolomites, we made full use of the perfectly heated rooftop pool, well-appointed sauna, and wellness spa – a true sanctuary. This hotel exceeded every expectation. If you’re staying in the area, Hotel Touring Dolomites is an absolute must. Bravi to the entire team!

Cons: While we truly loved our stay, there are a couple of things that could be improved. We travelled with our medium-sized dog and were surprised by the €50 per night pet fee, which is extremely high — especially considering that only a single water bowl was provided. During our holiday in Trentino, we stayed at other wonderful hotels where the dog fees ranged from €5 to €25 per night, making this charge feel excessive and unjustified. Additionally, the dog bed provided was too small (though admittedly we didn’t ask for a larger one), but for the price charged, we expected more thoughtful amenities. This pet policy really needs to be reconsidered or revised.

Pros: Me and my family was very happy with our stay. I would love to come here again, and would 100% recommend this hotel. Clean rooms, excellent restaurant, very friendly and helpful staff and awesome breakfast buffe. The dinner in the evening was always a lovely experience, with the food presented in a beautiful way. The people working the hotel always made us feel welcome. The best thing, the roof top terrace with an pool with amazing views - you are surrounded by mountains. For rainy days, there is a inside spa and relax area. Central location in Santa Cristina, close to two different bus stops made it very convenient to travel between villages in Val Gardena. Close to supermarkets, restaurants and cafes. Close to start of trails as well as lifts. 5 stars from me!

Great hotel in Santa Christina!

Pros: Good hotel off the beaten track in the Dolomites to explore neighboring mountains and parks. Rooftop pool was perfect for the sunset. Rooms are a good size, breakfast was decent, the service was excellent.

Cons: Rooms do get really warm in summer and AC is limited. Information about the region could be more detailed. Asked for tips with the weather forecast and reception staff was not very knowledgeable.

Amazing hotel with first class staff!

Pros: Outstanding hotel and facilities with extremely helpful and professional staff in a great location. The dinner in the restaurant was some of the best food I’ve ever eaten, even better than some Michelin restaurants. The attention to detail from the staff made them stand out from others, picking up on small points to make your stay even better. Will definitely be returning.

Cons: the room was located above the area where it was possible to sit outside near the front entrance. With an open window the smoke came in.
