Pros: Alpen Hotel Plaza is a wonderful place to stay. The location is excellent, with breathtaking views from the balcony. The outdoor pool provided perfect relaxation, and the rooms were spotless, comfortable, and inviting. The restaurant stood out with its creative and modern combination of flavors, colors, and textures. A truly memorable experience.

Cons: The only small downside was that the spa felt a bit cold, and a couple of the saunas, including the infrared, were not working during our visit. Overall, it was still a truly memorable experience.

Modern, comfortable room, decent value and secure garage parking for motorbikes.

Pros: Very nice modern and spacious room, with a large balcony. The room was very quiet with a comfortable bed and blackout window shutters, all resulting in a good nights’ sleep. The rate included breakfast and dinner and felt like decent value. Secure underground parking for motorbikes.

Cons: The bathroom had a drain type smell emanating from the shower tray. Dinner was pleasant but very rushed. At least 5 minutes between courses would be better.

Pros: Lovely mountain hotel with excellent pool and spa facilities. Good and abundant food, lovely ambience

Cons: The mattress was not comfortable, it was too hard and it was two mattresses together rather than one for a double bed.

Pros: We stayed in a Junior suite with balcony and the mountain view was amazing. Great room for the couples. We also liked 4 courses dinner, garage parking and a good bye present. Thank you and we are looking forward to come back one day.

Cons: Poor Wi-Fi. Two mattresses instead of one king size mattress.
