Perfect place for an active family holiday

Pros: This is a wonderful hotel, welcoming, comfortable and in a perfect location for a hiking holiday. The rooms are light, clean and spacious, the food is plentiful and delicious, and Lucas and his staff are attentive and helpful. We loved the swimming pool with its spectacular mountain views. Thank you for a really great time!

Pros: The spa & wellness, clean and new room, location

Cons: The spa would be open from 07.00 till 19.00. I arrived at The spa at 07.00 all the lights were off and nothing worked; cold sauna, empty jacuzzi, cold shower, outside pool closed. I stayed at the spa till 09.50 talked to the cleaner (very nice guy (Robin)) but he couldn’t help me. I was not amused because I chose this hotel because of the spa and woke up very early to enjoy my last day. With the check out the receptionist was not there and had to walk to the restaurant to ask for help. Could not pay cash because the bill was to big. The girl from the restaurant did what she had to do but not nice like I am used to in a hotel. On paper it’s an amazing place and I still really enjoyed but the experience with the spa and the girl is not the hospitality I am used to from a 4 star hotel. Nevertheless I had an amazing 2 nights and I hope the owner does something with this feedback because when he does this hotel would be a 10/10

Pros: Veldig hyggelig hotell, vi slappet godt av og følte oss godt ivaretatt av de ansatte. De hjalp oss med det vi måtte trenge. Vi hadde halvpensjon, veldig fornøyd med mat og drikke. Spa-avdeling og bassenget ble benyttet nesten hver dag. Shuttle-buss tok oss til og fra skiheisene gratis.

Pros: Belle hotel, personnel très sympathique, belle piscine avec une vue superbe sur les montagnes. Notre chambre avait une superbe vue sur les montagnes.

Cons: obligation de se mettre nu dans le sauna!!

Hôtel bien situé avec superbe vue, piscine à débordement, bon petit déjeuner et service souriant.

Pros: Petit-déjeuner sous forme de buffet, varié et de qualité. Service agréable, avec un personnel souriant et disponible. L'emplacement, en hauteur, offre une superbe vue, notamment depuis la piscine à débordement. Parking pratique à l'avant et à l'arrière de l'hôtel. Appréciable également : la remise par mail d'un ticket de transport public dès mon arrivée.

Pros: Sehr gutes Gesamtpaket, toller Pool, freundliches Personal und sehr gutes Essen.

Cons: Bei den Zimmern mit Hangsicht läuft konstant ein lauter Kompressor, der bei offenem Fenster schon sehr stört.

Pros: Rigtig god morgenmad og aftensmad. Fantastisk udsigt fra vores værelse. Hotellet havde shuttle service til de nærmeste skilifter. Super god betjening fra alle på hotellet.

Cons: Intet

Pros: Úžasné místo v perfektní lokalitě s nádherným výhledem! Parkování dostatek, jen samozřejmě vzhledem k lokalitě vše trochu stíněné. Příjemný a velice ochotný personál. Opravdu není co vytknout. Se ženou jsme byli moc spokojeni, určitě se vrátíme.
