Pros: We really liked the location, right next to Col Raiser lift and good ski in/ski out location. Saunas and jacuzzi very well mantained and clean!

Cons: The only thing that happened and we thought it was a bit unfair was that the personel did not allow us to fill our bottles with water - from the buffet fountain and if we were to take the water outside the premises, we had to pay...

Pros: I very much enjoyed my stay. The hotel is situated on the hill with amazing surrounding views and in a quiet area. I really liked the interior and exterior of the hotel. The staff were very friendly and accomodating. Breakfast was excellent. The bed was very comfortable, and I really liked the shower with a built-in seat. Will be happy to come back.

Pros: The breakfast was great, the bed was comfy and the room was cozy. The view in the balcony was simply perfect.

Cons: Something minor - No lift. Be prepared to take your large luggages to walk up 2 floors. No cups and kettle inside the room, not that friendly for those who want to have some hot drinks in a cold night. A bit far away from the bus station to ortisei.

Excellent hotel and facilities. Overall very well located for col Raiser with ski to door access (no ski out however).

Pros: Food was amazing. Rooms comfortable (bathrooms were exceptional).

Cons: Ski in but not ski out. This was made up by a hotel shuttle to a convenient ski lift. A short walk or very short bus uphill would also yield a different gondola.
