Amazing hotel and amazing food!

Pros: This hotel was amazing. The rooms were clean and nicely finished. The spa / wellness area was great. The food was amazing!! Such a big selection on the buffet and the set meals were beautiful. Francesca and Angela our waitresses were amazing and went above and beyond. The shuttle to the lifts worked really well and was easy to do when we wanted it. We had an amazing stay - 100% would recommend!

If I plan to go to Val Gardena again I would definitely choose this hotel

Pros: We stayed in this hotel for the second time. It provides an excellent value for the money you pay. The option to have both breakfast and dinner is super handy.

Cons: The real thing which disappointed us was the filtered water for dinner that was sold 5 euro per bottle. The location is bit far away from the lifts and you have to use transport which is not very regular but this is what makes this hotel more affordable.

Great location, comfortable room, amazing views.

Pros: The location is perfect for a home base to explore the dolomites. The view from the balcony was absolutely stunning and quite enjoyed sitting there in the afternoon after a day of exploring with a glass of wine just taking the scenery in. Breakfast was very good many options to choose from. The bed was the most comfortable one we have had so far in our time in Italy so that was a huge plus. Close to bus stops if you don't have the luxury of a car and many resturants around the hotel or a short walk away. There was on site free parking if you do bring a car.

Pros: On duty Staff was very helpful. Plus the property is very thoughtful on managing customers’ experience.

Cons: If I had to be picky, it would be nice to have a coffee machine if not least a kettle for making hot beverages.

Enjoy the Dolomites

Pros: Very nice hotel, with an excellent restaurant and (in theory) nice wellness. The shuttle bus of the hotel is easily accessible and the ski bus stops in front of the hotel. The view on the mountains (from the road side) is very nice.

Cons: It is next to a (busy) road, although that did not cause nuisance. The wellness is supposed to be without clothes, but this is not check. So many people don’t get naked. This is annoying for both people who prefer without clothes as the once who prefer not to go without, but still like the sauna.

Pros: Excellent location, modern and upgraded amenities, friendly and professional staff

Pros: The location is very close to all the Sella Rondo starting points, the hotel itself provides a shuttle bus to the Dantercepies and Col Raiser, but it is also very easy to get to Ciampinoi by local skibus. Very good breakfast (eggs accorging to your any wish), best coffee machine, excellent multi-course dinners, good choice of wines and if still needed, bar open until midnight. Together with a friendly approach, we just enjoyed our holiday and came back home really relaxed.

Cons: - the weird sistem of reserving the tables at the breakfest/dinner -a pool would have make it outstanding

Pros: Loved the AMAZING food, the modern decor, the spa and ski room, plus the cherry on top was the wonderful on call mini ski-bus service which we could call on anytime. Which means we could get down Dantercepis slope, call the service and be home in no time. This hotel and the service provided gave us a wonderful holiday time. I would go back anytime! :)

Cons: does not have an indoor swimming pool ;)

Pros: The well-designed family room, rich variety of saunas, whirlpool, excellent breakfast selection, and welcome snacks made our stay truly enjoyable.
