Perfect hotel and amazing experience.

Pros: Amazing location, astonishing views from the hotel rooms and restaurant. The room was super clean and cozy. Also we got a free room upgrade.

Overall a pleasant stay

Pros: Friendly front desk lady. Good location - only a 10-15 minute drive to Ortisei. Great view from the dining area.

Cons: No kettle in the room. Wasn’t particularly helpful with information/instructions before checking in (but after check-in, the service was friendly and attentive)

Pros: Only stayed one night as we were traveling thru, but everything, including breakfast, was top notch. Can't comment on location in relation to hikes, etc.

Pros: Excellent staffs. Location is bit far from centre but can find bus stop to get a bus to centre with one hour frequency. No dinner restaurant in this hotel but excellent restaurants at 1 min walk place and 10min walk place, which make you impressed.

Great stay with great view!

Pros: The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, the room is spatios and the breakfast was truly amazing and with a great view! The spa are is great, beautifully made and with a view to the mountains.

Cons: Spa only open for a few hours and you need to rent a bathrobe (if you don't have your own).

Beautiful hotel in a fabulous location for walks and lovely scenery

Pros: Lovely friendly hotel with fabulous views from the room balcony. The buffet breakfast was fantastic and Daniela was very helpful with walking and restaurant suggestions. Would definitely go back there one day.

Cons: Having to pay extra for a dressing gown to attend the spa
