Exceptional service and quality

Pros: Hotel Dosses did not disappoint. The staff, location and room comfort were all exceptional. The heated outdoor swimming pool was a joy to use in the evening, lie back and look at the stars. A short walk to the saslong ski lift, otherwise best to use the free hotel shuttle service to Col Raiser and Monte Pana or the free ski bus from right outside the hotel

Cons: Be sure to book any spa treatments in advance

Great family hotel to ski in the Dolomites

Pros: Very kind staff that has been so helpful throughout our stay. Everyone seems to sincerely care. Tehy always go the extra mile to make you smile. Very nice spa, sauna area, great outdoor heated pool. Very practical to go skiing with a shuttle driving you to the ski lifts.

Pros: Food was excellent. Restaurant staff are wonderful and helpful. Spa nice after all the kids and families had left.

Cons: Desk staff not as much. Was given frustrating information about the weather and Sella Ronda. We are advanced skiers and were told to have way more caution than the needed and take way more time etc etc. Missed a perfect weather window because of the amount of caution they told us.

Pros: The entire staff made our stay so wonderful, everyone was helpful with any questions we had. Especially the restaurant staff lead by Edoardo made sure that we had all the delicious food and drinks. The half board option was plentiful, dinner selections were some of the best food our entire trip. The pool, whirlpool, and sauna rooms were relaxing after a day hiking, the rooms were clean and smelled great. There is even a bus stop right across the road for easy transportation. We can't wait to return some day!

Pros: Вкусные завтраки и ужины, чистота в номерах, хороший WiFi, пошли на встречу в связи с поздним приездом - встретили и разместили в 2 часа ночи, трансфер до подъемников, очень доброжелательный персонал.

Cons: Неудобное расположение относительно подъемников - пешком далеко идти, на ужин главное блюдо было несколько раз пересолено, персонал объяснил, что это такой рецепт.
