Fantastic place w fabulous views

Pros: + Great location w a fantastic view + Large and clean rooms + Very professional and helpful staff + Nice breakfast and dinner options

Cons: - Our room did not have an airco, only a dyson air purifier to blow air. It was getting really hot in the afternoon and evenings. - I found the bed not super comfortable and pillows were too thin in my view.

Pros: Das Hotel haben wir schon mehrfach besucht. Wir fühlen uns dort wie zu Hause und planen weitere Urlaube dort.

Albergo funzionale, ben organizzato, in ottima location. La SPA è eccezionale.

Pros: Ottimi i pasti e la qualità del cibo. Camera spaziosissima. Facilities carine in particolare la SPA. Personale cordiale e mai invadente. Posizione perfetta. Palestra molto bella.

Cons: - L'aria condizionata non ha funzionato per 2 notti su 7. Lo staff ha risposto con prontezza 1 volta, mentre un'altra volta ho passato la notte senza aria condizionata che sarebbe stata necessaria visto il forte caldo. - Non ha mai funzionato l'idromassaggio della piscina indoor. Segnalato e mai aggiustato. - Lo staff a volte non capisce l'italiano ed ha sbagliato a prendere le mie ordinazioni (cotoletta invece di bistecca etc). Ma hanno sempre risposto con gentilezza e riportandomi il piatto richiesto.

Pros: Uns hat - angefangen von der herzlichen Begrüßung, dem Willkommens - Umtrunk und dem köstlichen Snack, über die einmaligen Wellness - Möglichkeiten, das perfekte Abendessen und die großartige, entspannte Bedienung, das schöne Zimmer mit herrlicherr Aussicht und mit bequemen Betten und das wunderbare Frühstück - alles hervorragend gefallen und wir sagen allen freundlichen Mitarbeitern ein herzliches Dankeschön.. Wir kamen auf Empfehlung und werden diese überzeugt weitergeben.

Cons: Uns fällt nichts ein, was man verbessern könnte. Der - leider nur kurze - Aufenthalt war perfekt.
