A beautifully renovated hotel with stunning views.

Pros: A spacious, beautifully renovated room large enough to comfortably sleep 3 adults, with stunning views of Schenna, Meran and the Alps.

Cons: Parking was difficult with a steep driveway and narrow spaces.

Comfortable stay with beautiful views

Pros: We really liked the room, which was very nice and had a lovely balcony with a beautiful view. We also enjoyed the sauna, which offered stunning scenery as well. The breakfast was okay. Schenna itself was really nice, and the hotel was very close to the town, which we appreciated.

Cons: I would have appreciated more variety at breakfast, especially vegetables, as there were only tomatoes available. The €18 per night fee for a small dog felt quite high compared to other places I usually stay. The drinks in the hotel were also rather expensive, and overall, for the price, some small extras like bottled water in the room would have made the stay feel more comfortable.

Pros: della struttura ho apprezzato l’eleganza, la pulizia, la professionalità dello staff e la fantastica spa con piscina

Pros: Bellissima vista, piscina e palestra ben organizzate.

Cons: Stanza troppo calda e con riscaldamento non regolabile. Le piscine non calde come quelle termali.

Pros: Posizione, accoglienza e struttura molto carina e pulita

Cons: Colazione con pochi prodotti locali, avrei preferito trovare dolci fatti in casa. Inoltre nella suite deluxe avevo capito fossero presenti tre letti, come scritto nella descrizione di booking. Invece i miei figli adolescenti hanno dormito in un divano letto che per due era un pochino scomodo. Per essere un 4 stelle inoltre mancavano piccoli comfort che mi sarei aspettata, per esempio i kit cortesia nel bagno e qualcosa nel frigo bar... ma forse è una scelta della direzione

Pros: Schöner Ausblick in die Berge! Die Betten waren sehr bequem. Das Frühstück ließ keine Wünsche offen und auch das Essen im Restaurant war sehr lecker. Servicepersonal und Zimmerfrauen waren ausgesprochen freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Cons: Beim Einchecken hatten wir nicht das Gefühl, wirklich willkommen geheißen zu werden. Vermutlich die Inhaberin war unterkühlt und auch an den anderen Tagen wurde man von den Receptionsmitarbeitern nicht wirklich wahrgenommen.. Die Zimmer waren modern eingerichtet, wirkten aber relativ kühl. Leider gab es im Zimmer keinen Abfalleimer, nur im WC und auch keinen Schuhlöffel. Der Fahrstuhl war morgens permanent überlastet.

Pros: Mi è piaciuto tutto,dalla posizione ottima,panorama stupendo,albergo molto accogliente,pulitissimo,organizzazione ottima,colazione molto variegata e abbondante,servizi ottimi,piscina interna riscaldata,piscine esterne,idromassaggio esterno con acqua calda, sauna,bagno turco,palestra,zona relax,possibilita' di prenotare massaggi e altro. Abbiamo soggiornato con il nostro volpino a cui hanno fatto avere pure un materassino per dormire. Tutti i giorni pulizia delle camere e cambio asciugamani senza chiederlo. Letti molto comodi. Una tranquillità assoluta. Noi avevamo solo prima colazione ma con possibilita' di pranzare e di cenare avvisando anche con breve antipipo. Noi abbiamo cenato per 2 sere e il menu' era ottimo dall'antipasto al dolce. Una vacanza stupenda. Consigliatissimo.

Pros: Tutto perfettamente pulito in ogni angolo. Laghetto balneabile, piscine e idromassaggio più sauna e bagno turco. Tutto nuovo e ben curato. Personale gentile e disponibile

Cons: In der Finnischen-Sauna sollte auf dem Fliesenboden ein Holzlattenrost verlegt werden;weil die Fliesen sind sehr heiß sind

Perfekter Familienaufenthalt

Pros: Frühstück sehr vielseitig, ließ keine Wünsche offen.

Cons: Klimaanlage war Anfang Mai noch nicht funktionstüchtig.
