Pros: Very luxe experience, breakfast and dinner everyday. Everyone knew our names, something for everyone - kids areas, adults only areas, spa, activities the affordable babysitting option was so appreciated. I totally understand why people come back often

Cons: Felt more German than Italian, with the guests and staff. Could have been the region or the hotel itself that we weren't aware of. Felt a little out of place as Australians, speaking English

Pros: Good food, good view and a nice hotel. The infinity pool is amazing and the people working there are very kind. Also the spa is amazing, a lot of things to choose.

Cons: - the pillows could have been better (from the rooms with the jacuzzi)

Pros: The hotel is nice, clean and modern. Everything was great! breakfast had good variety. Dinner is also great! the kids were eating for free which was a nice perk. The staff was excellent and very nice! The wine produced by the hotel own winery was also excellent especially the rose!!! The room and porch were also great! bed very comfortable! The spa was also nice! The whole facility super clean!!!

Cons: I did not like that the sauna opened only at 13:00 p.m. and that the ones at the family pool were not on. also, the breakfast and dinner had same options every day, nothing different. the kids play area was in a strange place where people pass by all the time. I am not sure if it is a temporary area or the kids club is really there.

Pros: Tolle Tage in diesem Wohlfühlhotel. Die Zimmer sind geschmackvoll und modern eingerichtet. Das Frühstück ist hervorragend und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Das Gourmetmenue am Abend ein Geschmackserlebnis.

Cons: Leider ist mein Mann am 24.12 krank geworden und konnte nicht die Wellness Einrichtung genießen😩

Wunderschöner Infinity-Pool

Pros: Wunderschöner Infinitypool mit atemberaubendem Blick über Meran und in die Berge. Perfekte Wassertemperatur, um auch im Winter im Freien draußen sein zu können. Getränkeservice im Pool. Rutsche über 2 Stockwerke und eigener Kinder-Abenteuer-Pool. Essen perfekt auf die jungen Gäste abgestimmt!

Cons: Ein Teil des Gartens war Baustelle

Pros: Vom Frühstück bis zum Abendessen hatte alles sehr hohe Qualität. In allen Bereichen sehr freundliches Personal. Eigenes Weingut. Zwei schöne Innen-Außenpools.

Cons: Für die Größe des Hotels ist der Saunabereich etwas zu klein geraten. Im Ruhebereich fehlen Decken.

Sehr stilvoll, modern & außergewöhnlich

Pros: Ein traumhaft schönes Hotel. Sehr schöne Lage, tolle Aussicht, wahnsinns Anlage, Mehrere Schwimmbäder, stylisch, modern und sehr außergewöhnliche Ausstattung und Deko. Die Anlage ist ziemlich groß und weitläufig. Das Frühstück phänomenal.

Cons: Leider hatten wir ein altes Zimmer, die Matratze war eine Katastrophe.
