A beautiful stay - spa is well worth a visit for R&R

Pros: I will definitely be back to this hotel. The front desk / concierge couldn't have been more lovely and helpful. The room was perfect. The spa was better than some 5* hotels I've seen in Cortina d'Ampezzo. The food was all lovely. The location - a bit further away from local amenities but we had a car so didn't matter. Nice hiking routes on the doorstep. Overall a lovely stay.

Cons: The only minor issue was that as it was a weekend, there were some noisy children running around which disturbed our dinner slightly. I would have liked the staff to speak with the parents about this as they were uncontrollable. We have a dog that was extremely well behaved, and I expect parents to keep control of their children in the same way. This was not really the fault of the hotel though.

Pros: Everything. I arrived and felt comfortable. I was only there for one night. But everything was just brilliant.

Pros: Very friendly and helpful stuff, we went one night out and asked to pack dinner for us, they were very accommodating to do so. We had a great lunch next day. Also great value for money.

Cons: The spa massage was not available, because the staff was off those days, and there was no one to substitute. I think this should be properly communicated, as we specifically wanted massage.

Pros: Praticamente tutto. Cibo molto buono. Pulizia eccellente. Servizio molto buono.

Cons: Cuscini molto bassi. Abbiamo chiesto altri che ci sono stati consegnati senza problemi. Nota negativa é che nel centro benessere si andrebbe senza costume ma ci sono i soliti \
