Great Hotel !

Pros: The staff are very friendly and very helpful. Reception desk helped me to get hold of some meds I had forgotten. The dining staff were very friendly and attentive. I had a problem with the room refrigerator and the staff helped me out. The food was great, wonderful flavours and great value for money. The reception staff also made our travel arrangements to the Olympics so easy. We didn't even know they gave guests customary travel passes. So with a printed timetable which they also supplied, our trios were easy. I have stayed in many hotels and it's rare to get top to bottom service of such quality. 100% satisfied

Amazing, loved it!

Pros: The most amazing accommodation we stayed at recently. The room was HUGE and beautiful, staff very nice and helpful. We loved everything: the food, the pool,... 100% recommended!

Ottimo hotel con spa ben attrezzata

Pros: Camera superior molto grande con splendida stube, bagno enorme e luminoso, grandissimo terrazzino coperto con divanetto, il tutto ristrutturato di recente. Colazione varia e abbondante (di certo superiore a quella di un tre stelle), buffet di antipasti per la cena ricco e vario per tutti i gusti, cena curata e gustosa con scelta. SPA molto ben attrezzata e completa. Oggettivamente, l'hotel è andato oltre le nostre aspettative.

Cons: parcheggio un po' piccolo, ma si trova posto. L'hotel è sulla strada principale ma abbiamo sempre dormito bene perchè di fatto non si sente nessun rumore.

Hotel carino, ottima cena

Pros: La struttura e le camere sono carine. Colazione e cena davvero ottime. A cena propongono sempre piatti tipici della cucina altoatesina e altri rivisitati. Davvero ottima.

Cons: Non c'è l'aria condizionata. Dicono che sia una cosa comune a tutti gli hotel della zona ma comunque di notte si suda in estate. La finestra non ha zanzariere quindi capita che entrino insetti se la si tiene aperta.

Traumurlaub in den Bergen

Pros: Tolles Hotel mit sehr gemütlichem Zimmer, außergewöhnlich schönem Spa Bereich, sehr leckerere Küche und supernettem Personal. Wir geben der Familie Achammer 5 Sterne für ihr Haus und sollten wir nochmal ins wunderschöne Südtirol reisen, dann dorthin.

Cons: Die Frühstückseier hätten wir uns gelegentlich weich oder gerührt gewünscht und ein Haken fürs Handtuch in dem sonst sehr schönen Badezimmer wäre praktisch. Das war aber auch absolut das Einzigste.
