Great!

Pros: The room was comfortable, the breakfast was excellent, and the dinner included in the half-board option was also very enjoyable. The overall price for what was offered was very reasonable. The location is convenient, about a 4-minute walk from the train station, with good connections to nearby towns. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Good value highly recommended base to enjoy a quiet area of the Dolomites

Pros: Very convenient, clean, charming, friendly and efficient family run hotel. Comfortable , quiet rooms. Free parking, excellent breakfast and a good restaurant. English as well as German and Italian spoken by most staff. Very good location in a charming small town close to skiing resorts, great walks and many other attractions in a beautiful and relatively quiet part of the Dolomites.

Excellent family run hotel with good food

Pros: Welcoming family hotel. Excellent breakfast with option of cooked eggs and wide selection of food from buffet. Evening meals offered choices and were all very good. Helpful and attentive staff throughout.

Pros: One of the best family-run hotels we’ve ever stayed in. Hotel Rose in Villabassa impressed us in every way. The location is perfect, just a short drive from the major attractions in the Dolomites. The rooms are spacious, cozy, and decorated in a warm alpine style, with beautiful balconies offering stunning mountain views. Parking is conveniently available right next to the building. What mattered to us the most is that the hotel is extremely dog-friendly. Our dog was allowed to join us for both breakfast and dinner in a special dining room, which made our stay so much easier and more enjoyable. The food is excellent, varied, and high quality, and the staff is wonderfully kind, attentive, and welcoming. A place we would gladly return to. Highly recommended!

Pros: Room was exceptionally big, with lots of space to move around our luggage, two balconies (I guess we lucked out with a corner unit!) and everything was neat and very clean. Staff was beyond friendly and our breakfast was also amazing. Only 15 minutes away from the famous Lago di Braeis which was another bonus! Highly recommend the patrons at Hotel Rose :’)

Pros: Dinner was different each night, with antipasti, primi, secondi, and a dessert. The food was excellent! And it was nice to be able to relax at the hotel each night with a comforting and delicious meal, served by the friendliest staff. Breakfast was also very good. Lots of options to choose from, including sweet and salty options, as well as eggs prepared to order and tea/coffee. Rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable.

Pros: The food at the restaurant was very good. The breakfast was superb, and we were warmly welcomed — all the staff were friendly and very helpful.
