Granpanorama Wellnesshotel Sambergerhof Superior

Family-run Gran Panorama Wellnesshotel Sambergerhof offers an outdoor pool with hot water, a spa, and Alpine-style rooms in Villandro. In the summer from mid-May to mid-October we rent e-bikes for €45. Spacious rooms at the Sambergerhof come with a flat-screen satellite TV, and some have a balcony. The private bathroom has free toiletries plus a hairdryer. Free Wi-Fi is provided throughot the property. Breakfast here is sweet and savoury, with cold cuts, cheeses, and homemeade jams. The restaurant serves Tyrolean specialities, and a salad bar is available. In fine weather, guests can dine on the terrace. After a day skiing, guests can relax in the sauna, hot tub, pool 34°C)or furnished garden. A free ski bus with links to the Plose, Alpe di Siusi and Sella Ronda ski areas is available during winter. The Sambergerhof is located at 1,500 meters above sea level on the southern slope below the Villanderer Alm. This means for you: sun rays from morning to night, forest and meadows in front of the door and the best starting point for long hikes. The Villanderer Alm impresses all year round with its variety of possibilities. In spring, it's the pleasant temperatures and blooming alpine meadows that lure you outside. In summer the countless hiking trails and bike trails. In autumn, the Alm wears its most colorful dress and it's all about culinary delights. And in the cold season it is the white snow that attracts winter hikers, snowshoe hikers and cross-country skiers to the Alm.

Amazing staff, views and food.

Pros: The fantastic staff were very welcoming and made us feel at home. The outside pool and jacuzzi were great, as was the food and the wonderful location that allows you to disconnect. We really enjoyed the free afternoon soup as well. Due to bad weather we didn't get to see the views that we came for, but amazing staff and food made up for it.

Pros: This hotel was absolutely amazing and wonderful value. The staff were so friendly, the hotel had the so many lovely things they did when they didn’t need to, including a welcome drink, evening music entertainment and a tub of salt to take home. Really lovely facilities and food, this hotel is worthy of 4 stars and beyond!

Pros: The views and the jacuzzi were breathtaking. We really enjoyed staying at this hotel. The breakfast was good, the salad selection before the dinner could have been more diversified, but overall it was okay.

A unique experience

Pros: The staff is amazing! Very thoughtful and nice!! They think about all the details. I loved the room and the view! The food for breakfast and dinner is amazing. The food available too and has a fair price. They gave me all the information for the buses I needed to go visit other places. There is a bus stop in front of the hotel that takes you to Chiusa and to the Alps in Villandro. The structure of the hotel is amazing!. I have just good things to say. I totally recomend the hotel!

5 star feel, panoramic views, spa facilities and amazing set menu dinner

Pros: We loved the fact the owner greated us on arrival personally, gave us good recommendations for our hike (saved us money on the chair lifts by going to quieter locations) We hadn’t realised how many spa facilities they had other than the pool and hot tub, which was a lovely touch after a long day hiking We loved the farm animals and the breakfast, and dinner was the most reasonably priced, yet amazing - a different menu each day which you get to see and pre order! They had all their awards listed dated back over ten years and this place you can tell has a lot of love put into it from the owners, and they want this to be a place that feels like a 5* hotel. It certainly exceeded all expectations We were so lucky to get a complimentary up graded to a room with a view and balcony - thank you!!
