Slovenia 🇸🇮

Pros: Pizza in the evening was good and breakfast was great.

Cons: The hotel was still under renovation, which was not mentioned when booking, so I had to park in a public parking lot. The original room was down a flight of stairs and an open hallway, because the room was cold and could not be heated (had to ask twice), I was moved to a room in the main building, which was warm(with the help of a heater). If they knew that the hotel was not yet functioning as it should be, they could have offered an upgrade right away and that way there would be no bad taste.

Pros: Nice, clean, comfortable. Ski shuttle available (pickup from hotel), restaurant super cute. Breakfast also very good!

Cons: Only one person spoke english so very hard to make even little demands (e.g. asking for a hot tea)

We enjoyed our stay

Pros: The junior suite was spacious, tastefully designed and super clean; beds were comfy with lovely pillows. Big shower. Fantastic breakfast, unfortunately just coffee from an automatic coffee machine which never tastes that great. Strategic location with a lot of options for sightseeing and hiking.

Cons: Very tricky to find with a dodgy and dangerous access road just after a tunnel, even Google maps got confused. The hotel info brochure is addressing this issue and apparently hotel is working on improving access. A first step could be an email with a bit of an explainer/map to avoid frustrating way finding.

Perfect for exploring the dolomites. Fantastic restaurant.

Pros: Clean and lovely balcony. Beautiful restaurant with great food. Lovely breakfast included.

Cons: It was very hot in the summer and just a fan. Ideally it would be nice to have air con. The parking was all on hills and it was very difficult to park. Sharp turn off fast road into the property.

Hannes and his colleagues made us very welcome in this warm and friendly hotel.

Pros: Very friendly, cosy, great room and an excellent breakfast. The restaurant attached is also good quality and reasonably priced, with a large al fresco section. This was my second visit and I expect to be back.

Cons: The hotel has a complicated layout and is difficult to navigate, especially when you don't want to use the lift.

Pros: Quality, newly renovated room. Very comfortable. Nice ambience. Great attached restaurant. large room. Amazing value. Highly recommended

Cons: For the hotel staff only - everything was beyond expectations, even the books in the room made such a difference. Very thoughtful space. The only thing missing for me was water, just a few glasses and a jug in the room would of made it a perfect stay for the price. Thank you
