Pros: Super service from the ladies that runs the hotel. Beautiful garden and lovely pool & whirlpool to refresh after long hikes. We had our own car and went for hikes to Val di Funes and Seiser Alm that were only 20 minutes drive away. We walked in to the center at night for dinner in lovely Chiusa.

Pros: The pool and leisure area were great. The breakfast was incredible. The staff exceptional. After leaving we had travel complications and the staff went out of their way to help us.

An excellent hotel, great staff and fantastic food, we would definitely stay again.

Pros: An excellent location with great facilities. The staff were very friendly and really helpful. The hotel was quiet and the facilities and extras were v good. We only had breakfast which was superb with a great selection but the hotel is ideally placed for a short walk into town for an evening meal.

Cons: The room was quite hot at night

A lovely, friendly, family run hotel, easy to find and in a great location with excellent walking areas all around. And

Pros: Very pretty hotel in an excellent location. The loveliest of staff, who gave very helpful information and recommendations. The hotel and rooms were spotlessly clean. There’s a nice pool and whirlpool and free parking.

Cons: Since there’s no aircon, the bedroom was hot (August). We had to prop the balcony door open. Sadly, smoke from next door’s balcony came into the room. I’d recommend booking dinner ahead of your stay if you’d like to eat there.

Good price/quality

Pros: The room was great for a 3 stars hotel. Very close to the train station. I had view on the valley with its castle on top.

Cons: There is no dinner available. Only if you have a group of over 6 people you can order a high quality dinner (Michelin stars quality, with matching price). Order this in advance. They used to have 2 Michelin stars in the past.
