Beautiful view, decent accommodation

Pros: The view was beautiful, the staff was nice, the rooms were clean and nice.

Cons: The bed was quite uncomfortable and the kettle couldn't be plugged into the socket.

A value for money stay in a premier ski resort.

Pros: A value for money stay for our family of three. We had a large room on the first floor with a corner balcony and view of the Dolomites. The rooms are modern & renovated on the first floor. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The room was serviced daily & the kettle in the room was a nice touch. The manager also gave us access to crockery one evening so we could eat dinner in our room & we saw others use the microwave. Reception is attended until 9:30pm. The location is 2km from the city centre so it’s best to stay here if you have a car or are happy to take the bus. Parking was available in the town.

Cons: There was some internal construction work going on for the first day & a half which was quite noisy in the daytime but thankfully there was no noise at night. The heating in the room is quite powerful so best to turn down/off at night if you’re a warm sleeper. Advise to get to breakfast early for the full treatment as supplies were less closer to closing time.

Spacious room with great view to the mountains

Pros: Spacious room for 3 people. Nice breakfast. Clean room with great view to the mountains. Very polite and helpful staff.

Cons: It’s not far away from the centre of the area but you definitely need a car to get there.

Wonderful staff

Pros: Wonderful staff, good breakfast with selection of breads, cheeses and meats, cereals, fruit, pastries and snacks. Clean room, which was nice and warm in winter with beautiful mountain views.

Cons: Distance from town centre - 2.2km to the centre - with limited transport options especially in the evening. There is a walking/bike path, so we walked into town for dinner each evening.

Pros: Bathroom was big and clean, property was really near to the main town area with food

Pros: Clean room, nice size with beautiful view. Only 5 mins drive to town centre.

Cons: Bed and breakfast. The bed is a bit too soft and the breakfast wasn’t much variety.

Cons: The bed should be an ensemble style if you’re tall no fridge not many coat hangers price was quite high for what one gets, then again, it is Cortina

Pros: Balcony, modern bathroom, blinds on the windows, it was warm at night, good quality breakfast.

Cons: WiFi keeps crashing

Pros: Amazing customer service by staff (thanks to Anastasia and Darina for making our stay memorable). Fabulous location surrounded by Dolomite ranges with great views all around, wish we could have stayed longer 🙂

Cons: Given that the hotel is a little far from the city center, a shuttle bus service can be arranged. Also, there should be a restaurant for dining.
