Pros: Absolutely incredible! The rooms were much bigger than I was expecting! Very comfortable and the bathrooms were large and we'll equipped. Staff are very helpful and friendly. Possibly the best sorbet I've ever had. Mind blowing trail running. We had an awesome stay!

Lovely hotel that really needs to look at its service delivery to justify its price !

Pros: The room and it’s view were incredible and the restaurant were lovely but very very expensive and not living up to the price level!

Cons: It’s a very expensive hotel that needs to address certain areas in order to justify its price. To start with the reception when you arrive is appalling. There is no one to take your bags to your room and simple requests for a snack on arrival after a long drive is met with a bag of half opened chips and a plate of dry sweet biscuits ( when you’ve asked for cheeses and biscuits) which you later get charged for! The staff on reception though lovely are not aware of how the hotel runs and need to ask about every request. The rooms are highly technical but no one runs you though how things work including the shower and the in bathroom sauna. We had to ask 3x to have the bathroom radiator turned in and there are so many help buttons in the room and bathroom that activate alarms that can only be turned off at reception. There are also really bright lights ( no idea what they are for… never explained ) that glow in the dark right into your eyes while sleeping in your bed! The hotel is also a 20 minute walk into town!

Amazing Hotel in a great part of the dolomites 5 Star

Pros: We loved everything about this hotel, our room was beautiful the facilities we incredible better then we've ever seen the restaurant was amazing & the stuff at the hotel were 5 star they couldn;t have helped us any more then they did.

Pros: A true hidden gem in the Dolomites. From the gracious welcome at reception to the beautifully appointed room with its breathtaking view, every detail exceeded expectations. The spa was immaculate and serene, offering perfect relaxation, and the restaurant delivered an exceptional dining experience. Our stay was unforgettable, and we look forward to returning.

Luxurious boutique hotel with excellent pool & wellness facilities

Pros: A lovely boutique hotel just outside the centre of Cortina d'Ampezzo. Staff, service and restaurant are all excellent. Prices are in line with the area. The pool, sauna and spa facilities are exceptional, and perfect to relax at the end of a long day hiking in the spectacular countryside around the area.

A must stay hotel

Pros: Beautiful hotel. Very clean. Friendly and helpful staff. They couldn’t have been better. Food was amazing. Room was beautiful. Probably one of the nicest hotels we’ve stayed in. Spa was incredible. So peaceful and what a view from your room/spa. Felt like you were in the middle of no where. 10/10

Cons: The one and only thing we could say we didn’t like was that you couldn’t control the heat of your room. The aircon was disabled and controlled by the staff. And the temp was set for all rooms not just yours. It got really hot during the night or if you didn’t leave your doors/windows open.

Amazing hotel, from start to finish, can’t recommend enough!

Pros: Beautiful hotel, with amazing views. Spa and pool were great. Staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was immaculate, with a large balcony overlooking the mountains. The food was lovely, the breakfast was so fresh and great choice. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Pros: Staffs at the front desk are very friendly. Room is perfect, clean and large. Love the pool and Spa facility most. Dinner there is wonderful. Breakfast is very good and customized by our need. Will definitely come back!!

Pros: The location is absolutely stunning, with gorgeous interiors, fantastic facilities and exceptionally accommodating staff!

Pros: Beautiful location with a stunning view, the hotel staff were great, and the facilities were fantastic.

Cons: The hotel was in its final week of the season and starting to close down. Some ongoing work on their new annexe, which will be amazing once opened, did cause a minor disturbance. With the up-and-coming winter Olympics, customers staying there will require better internet access, and there should be an iron and an ironing board in each room.
