Excellent hotel from which to explore the Dolomites

Pros: The hotel was great, the breakfast was excellent and also they had a spa area which was great to unwind in after a busy day in the mountains. All of the staff were very friendly and the room was comfortable.

Pros: We really like the decoration of our room. We also liked the restaurant of the hotel. We dined there 3 out of 4 nights despite the menu being the same.

Cons: It was a surprise to us that the spa with sauna wasn't inclusive for guests, but I do understand that it's expensive to run. It could perhaps be clearer when booking. We didn't find the pillows very comfortable.

Well sized rooms, fantastic breakfast, plenty of parking, easy walk to town

Pros: Breakfast was brilliant, really well stocked with a nice variety of cold and cooked options. Room was a really good size, with fantastic views of the surrounding mountains. Plenty of parking on site, and a brief 20 minute walk to town on an off road paved path.

Cons: On the whole our experience was great, but if we were being really picky, the breakfast only opening at 0700 meant we couldn't set off as early as we would have liked for some of the local areas to beat the afternoon sun whilst hiking. Also, some evenings there was a lot of noise downstairs when things were being tidied up (we were on 1st floor) - I travel with ear plugs so it didn't bother me too much, but it was a surprise to hear what sounded like chairs being moved about at 2200 when the rest of the hotel was so quiet. These are tiny tiny issues, the hotel was generally fantastic.

Pros: Lovely, clean and comfortable with an outstanding view!

Cons: There wasn’t much of a vibe, staff weren’t very chatty and the breakfast was limited.

Pros: Great location with easy parking. Very clean and comfortable. Great breakfast and dinner. Very accommodating for our gluten free needs. Very helpful staff for all of our requests.

Pros: Staff were amazing and so helpful with giving advice, tips and helping our family have a such a brilliant stay here.

Cons: Very little. Aircon would definitely have helped as we travelled with a baby and 7 year old who found it hard to sleep at night
