Pros: Very nice staff, helpful, friendly and smiling. The rooms are nice and comfortable and the skiing areas are really close.

Pros: Almost everything, room was nice, clean and large. It was newly refurbished and with great view on Sterzing. Personal was great, friendly and healpful. Also breakfast were good and tasty.

Cons: Only disadvantage was missing possibility of dinner in hotel.

Pros: We had a fantastic view from the balcony, the room was large, clean & very comfortable. We were able to store and charge our ebikes in the garage, ready for our next days trip. Breakfast was great, a good choice, and nice coffee to set us up for the days ride ahead.

Cons: Climbing the hill to the hotel on the bike is difficult, as it's very steep. My wife had to get off and push!

Pros: This was a last-minute booking as we were supposed to be stopping at Großglockner, but weather conditions stopped that. Staff were very helpful when emailing prior to us arriving. Rooms and beds are very comfortable. Restaurant is only open from 18.00 to 20.00 but this was ok or us. It would be a walk into town with a steep hill if not in a car. The views were amazing.

Pros: Quiet location with lovely views of Vipiteno. Room good sized & lots of light. Off road parking

Pros: Staff attitude, friendliness, focus on customers. I found the hotel a great value for money, for a short break or an one overnight stay. very good culinary experience.
