An apartment solution with hotel services and amazing resturant.

Pros: The hotel is pretty new, the apartment is perfect for a small family, there is all necessary staff. It is professionally cleaned, and everything was more than what we expected. The restaurant offers different dishes even if they are master in meat. Parking was large and under the apartment window.

Cons: TV channels are 99% in German language (minor issue, we didn't watch TV).

Pros: Rooms are spacious, comfortable and clean. Service is very good. We very much enjoyed our trip to the Therme in Meran, when the outside pools are open, this place is fantastic.

Cons: There is a constant background noice from the autobahn, which can become a bit annoying at times.

A nice comfortable stay in the heart of Südtirol

Pros: We were warmly welcomed upon arrival and shown around. Our suite was very spacious and well appointed. The restaurant provides top quality food - suited for both carnivores and vegetarians. Hotel grounds are well maintained, with a lovely small outdoor pool. The hotel is just 10 min drive from a picturesque town of Lana and the gorge in one direction and Verano cable car in the other.

Cons: There's no lift which requires lugging your bags up and down the stairs. Restaurant service was a bit inattentive/ slow at dinner time.

Bardzo miło wspominam pobyt - serdecznie polecam!

Pros: Piękne widoki, z każdej strony góry, dookoła pełno zieleni - myślę, że latem jest tam cudownie! Wspaniali ludzie, personel pomocny, miły i zawsze uśmiechnięty, na parkingu pełno miejsca, łatwe dojście z parkingu do pokoju czy do recepcji, pyszne śniadanie i dania w restauracji. Bardzo miło wspominam pobyt i serdecznie polecam!

Ein toller Urlaub.

Pros: Wir würden jederzeit wieder hierher fahren. Die Unterkunft war sehr gut, die Betten komfortabel, es war ruhig und sehr sauber. Unseren Hund durften wir für 15€ am Tag mitbringen. Das Frühstück war sehr gut, alles regional und sehr lecker. Burgstall selber ist ein eher kleiner Ort, mit dem Auto ist man aber in kurzer Zeit in Meran oder Bozen. Die Tiefgarage ist sehr gut, die Stellplätze riesig. Das Personal ist mega freundlich, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

Ankommen, wohlfühlen und geniessen!

Pros: Ich kann einen Aufenthalt wärmstens empfehlen. Das eingespielte Team ist mehr als nur zuvorkommend, die Anlage schön gepflegt und wird weiter ausgebaut. Poolanlage klein aber fein. Besonders hervorzuheben ist di sehr großzügige Tiefgarage, welche selbst mit Sportwagen gut zu befahren ist und Platz bietet. Von hier aus sin die Suiten dann auch zugänglich. Restaurant hat ausserordentliche gute Qualität aber auch seinen Preis. Alles in allem das Fazit: Ich komme sehr sehr gerne wieder. Die Anlage ist der perfekte Ausgangspunkt zwischen Meran und Bozen um die Gegend zu erkunden

Cons: Lichtschalter teilweise tot / ohne Funktion oder ohne angeschlossene Leuchte. Ich habe etwas gebraucht um mich daran zu gewöhnen :) - aber alles harmlos.
