Pros: It is a great hotel in a great location with great food and great views

Cons: too many light switches. Maybe I have some sort of problem but I feel like a manual is required in modern hotels just to get the lights on and off.

Luxurious SPA vacation in the mountains

Pros: The hotel's location and facilities are really great. The hotel has a huge and excellent spa area with a few heated swimming pools. The facility is wonderfully green and offers amazing mountain views. Upon arrival, you receive nice welcome drinks and an introduction to the hotel. There are plenty of hiking routes to keep you entertained during your stay, and the hotel offers various activities for guests to join.

Cons: I believe that the prices at the restaurant need to be revised. It's too easy to spend over 140 euros on dinner for two. Given that it's a luxury hotel, high prices were expected, but I still think there should be a price difference between main meals (fish & meat) and vegetarian options such as soups.

Pros: Il soggiorno è stato piacevole. Abbiamo scelto una delle quattro ville situate accanto all’hotel principale e siamo rimasti soddisfatti della soluzione. La villa era bella e confortevole, ideale per trascorrere del tempo in famiglia. La piscina privata rappresenta sicuramente un valore aggiunto, utilizzabile anche nel periodo invernale.

Cons: Meno convincente, invece, l’esperienza al ristorante: il livello della cucina è risultato al di sotto delle aspettative e, a mio avviso, non pienamente in linea con gli standard di una struttura a cinque stelle.

Pros: Toller Wellnessbereich, tolle Aussicht und sehr gutes Essen. Personal im Restaurant waren sehr nett und aufmerksam.

Cons: Das Personal war manchmal etwas unpersönlich. Die Wellnessbehandlung war ok aber für mich in Hotel dieser Kategorie hätte ich mehr erwartet.

Pros: Stunning views, amazing facilities , a really beautiful hotel focusing on small details

Cons: No Ac-provided us a fan No iron- we were asked to pay 8 euros per shirt to iron. At the checkout i realized they added many additional fees i havent even had. Felt like they tried to claim more money and that it wasn’t by mistake .
