Pros: Great place and amazing zone of relaxing and spa. I liked how the exteiror was and the interior except the room. the room needs an upgrade looking at the design. I really liked the sauna with the natural lake.

Cons: the room design and the quality of it. also would be amazing to have some more electric chargers for much cheaper prices.

Wonderful hotel in a beautiful location and with fantastic staff and service!

Pros: Beautiful location and spa, wonderful restaurant and staff

Cons: Our room did not have air-conditioning, which was surprising given the overall hotel quality and since it was quite hot, we couldn’t rest at night as well as we would have liked to. No coffee machine standard available and no hair conditioner. Water bottle in room fridge had to pay for which should be included in hotels in this price range.

Pros: La calidad y limpieza de las instalaciones, la belleza del lugar, la calidad del desayuno y la amabilidad del personal. Fantástico bar tender (Simon) y una extraordinaria manager. Todo de primer nivel!

Pros: Die Lage und die Zimmer des Hotels sind wunderschön. Es ist wirklich alles vorhanden was das Herz begehrt. Das Restaurant ist wirklich outstanding und ich kann nur empfehlen zumindest Halbpension zu buchen. Die Freundlichkeit und die Herzlichkeit der Familie Plazer und Ihrem Team ist wirklich großartig. Wir können dieses wunderschöne Hotel wärmstens empfehlen.

Cons: Hier fehlt nichts.

un ambiente rilassante, elegante e molto accogliente

Pros: sicuramente le camere e l'atmosfera è molto di effetto. dalla mia camera avevo una vista superlativa, la sauna è molto suggestiva. il ristorante molto buono e con una vastissima scelta di buffet sia a colazione che a cena. dopo cena ho passato un pò di tempo al bar davanti al camino, è stato molto bello.

Pros: Struttura bella e accogliente, ma con troppa differenza tra le camere standard (nuove e datate) ma in generale, é stato un bel soggiorno. Punto di forza sono le diverse saune e zona Wellness, piscina con una bella vista sulle montagne intorno ad Avelengo; Perfetto il servizio al ristorante, impeccabile Staff preparato e gentile

Splendida struttura e eccellente spa

Pros: Struttura eccellente in tutto , anche la colazione e la cena erano di ottimo livello

Cons: Non mi è piaciuto che al nostro ci abbia aiutato con i bagagli e anche al checkout dopo avete chiesto di portarmi i bagagli dalla hall dopo 20 min che non arrivava nessuno sono dovuto andare a prendere tutte le valige … ds un hotel di questo livello mi aspettavo un servizio migliore.

Das beste Essen, dass ich je gehabt habe. Und öusserst freundliches Personal insgesamt.

Pros: Super Frühstück und insgesamt erstklassiges Essen. Der Infinitypool war lange genug, sodass man endlich mal richtig Längen schwimmen kann.

Cons: Das ursprüngliche Hause rechts vom Haupteingang wirkt hässlich. Die ganze äusserliche Empfangssituation mit dem Parkplatz wirkt wie ein Hinterhof. Es vermittelt einen unordentlichen Eindruck und ist einem Vier-/Fünfsternhotel nicht würdig. Zu kleiner Fitness-Raum mit bescheänkter Fitnessgeräteauswahl.
