Pros: Our 3-night stay at this luxury boutique hotel exceeded every expectation. From the calming scent on arrival to the incredible attention to detail throughout, everything is designed to create a truly peaceful, switch-off-from-the-world experience — and it delivers perfectly. The style, the views, and the quiet sense of luxury make you feel like you’re living inside a postcard. The staff were warm, polite, and genuinely attentive, and the cuisine was exceptional from start to finish. We honestly relaxed and unwound here in a way we never have before. Hats off to the entire team — we couldn’t fault a single thing.

Pros: The VIEWS!!! Outstanding.. Beautiful calm retreat. Great breakfasts and dining. Lovely friendly staff. Room Balcony. Very comfortable bed and dark room made for a great sleep and rest. The Fantastic massage by Philomena. The infinity pool. But we would have liked it to be warmer like the pools in the other places we stayed (Adler and Lefay ) esp as was cold outside when we were there.

Cons: The facial I had was a complete waste of time and money.

Pros: Everything was wonderful! Beautiful hotel with stunning views of the Alps, the spa facilities are amazing and the food at the restaurant is absolutely delicious. All the staff members are very kind and friendly. We would definitely love to come back!

Pros: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ An exceptional boutique hotel! We booked a standard double room, but the experience went far beyond our expectations. In reality, the room is even more beautiful than in the photos (which already looked great). Everything was perfectly thought out — spotless clean, fully equipped, and with an amazing view. The welcome was wonderful, and Marius at the reception made us feel immediately at home. A true 6-star place, not just 5. We’ll definitely come back!

Pros: AMAZING place, and so relaxing. Should have stayed longer. The staff are so personable, went above and beyond to help us to sort out a car rental issue, esp Melanie, Marius & Julianna (apologies for the incorrect spelling).

Wonderful hotel with the most amazing service and breathtaking views.

Pros: One of the nicest hotels I have ever been to. The staff is amazing and the hotel is wonderful. You feel really welcomed and taken care of. The location of the hotel is amazing for the hiking trails and the view is just mesmerizing.

Amazing hotel

Pros: This was one of the most beautiful hotels we’ve stayed at. The staff were so friendly and helpful. We stayed in the spa suite and it was well designed, comfortable and even had a private sauna. The hotel never felt over crowded. The breakfast buffet was also delicious. We can’t wait to come here again.

Pros: Well thought out, spacious, beautifully designed, incredible staff, very good facilities both in and around the hotel, scenery is unreal. It’s truly a James Bond lair hidden in the Italian mountains - 10/10. Already planning our next trip.

Cons: Nothing - could not fault it. We don’t normally like hotels with children, but when we were there all children were well behaved / controlled by parents and hotel seemed to subtly create borders in restaurants etc for those with and without children.
