Excellent

Pros: Everything was absolutely perfect. The service and the hotel itself went far beyond my expectations. The staff were friendly, and made us feel welcome throughout our stay. The food was soooo goooodd, the kitchen, dishes that could easily be compared to Michelin-level quality. The atmosphere of the hotel was elegant. You simply cannot go wrong by choosing this place. A big thank you to Stefan and the whole team.

Pros: Everything was perfect and so comfortable. The hotel has a beautiful spa and it is so close to Merano 2000 slopes. The dinner is the cherry on the cake!

If you want to feel like you are visiting family in a five star South Tyrol mountain resort!

Pros: Amazing relaxed experience in the South Tyrol mountains! You are treated like family with utmost concern and super care. You always have a reserved table at the restaurant, staff knows you by name and really takes care of you Rooms are clean and quiet, the whole facility is really clean and new, the spa is to utmost requirements, lots of public spaces to relax and to enjoy food and drinks. Comes with a bus pass to the ski resort, all day brunch, good breakfast, amazing dinner!

Perfectly relaxing and enjoyable.

Pros: Everything, design, services, cleanliness, food. Everything is well maintained and cared for. The pool in the snow is fantastic. The food menu is curated daily and the Daniela the pastry chef delighted us with the desserts.

Cons: Massage services are limited to a few days.

All my family suggest strongly this Hotel for full relax at Dolomites.

Pros: Almost all, we experienced tho apartments: suite (for me and my wife) and standard room with balcony (for 2 teenagers)

Pros: Il nostro soggiorno è stato davvero ottimo. Ci siamo trovati molto bene: lo staff è stato gentile, disponibile e sempre attento. L’hotel è pulito, accogliente e le camere erano molto calde, cosa per noi molto importante. Personalmente ho avuto solo una piccola difficoltà con il cuscino, perché era troppo morbido e sono abituata a dormire su un cuscino più rigido. Ho chiesto se fosse possibile cambiarlo e lo staff lo ha fatto immediatamente, con grande disponibilità. Ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo. La spa è davvero molto bella e rilassante. L’unico piccolo suggerimento riguarda la temperatura dell’acqua della piscina: sarebbe stato ancora meglio se fosse stata un po’ più calda, perché era solo tiepida. Per il resto tutto eccellente. Anche la posizione è molto comoda: c’è l’autobus per Merano 2000, quindi non è necessario usare l’auto. Siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti e consigliamo sicuramente questo hotel.

Pros: Alle Mitarbeiter sind auf aussergewöhnliche Art freundlich und aufmerksam.

Cons: Ich persönlich hätte mich gefreut, etwas mehr Hausmannskost essen zu dürfen. Dennoch war das Essen sehr gut.

Wir freuen uns auf ein Wiedersehen!

Pros: Stefan und sein Team setzen alles daran dass es den Gästen gut geht. Hier wird Gastfreundlichkeit und ein familiärer Umgang gelebt und geliebt, weshalb viele Gäste schon seit Jahren immer wieder kommen - inklusive uns! Besonders bedanken möchte ich mich bei Stefan, der sich sofort gekümmert hat, als ich während unseres Urlaubs leider krank wurde. Auch danke an das Küchen-Team, welches uns den ganzen Tag über bestens verköstigt hat.. und sogar eine Suppe für mich gekocht hat, als nichts mehr anderes ging. Wir kommen sicher bald wieder und freuen uns schon darauf. „Hier bin ich Mensch, hier darf ich sein.“

Cons: Bei der Reservierung haben wir den Wunsch nach einem bestimmten Sitzplatz angegeben, dies wurde bei der Ankunft auch angesprochen. Seitens der Rezeption wurde uns der Tisch am zweiten Tag zugesagt, leider haben dann neue Gäste den Tisch im gewünschten Bereich erhalten. Nichts desto trotz hatten wir einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt.
