Very good stay with a prime ski location, great food, and beautiful SPA, the rooms are outdated

Pros: We had an overall very good stay. The location is unbeatable for skiers, as it’s extremely close to the slopes and the gondola. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. We also loved the beautiful SPA area and the common rooms, which are very well-designed and cozy. The food was another highlight—consistently very good and of high quality.

Cons: he only downside was the room. It was not yet renovated, and the furniture/doors felt old and didn't match the high quality of the rest of the hotel. Upgrading the rooms would make this resort perfect.

Great scapade for families

Pros: Great place with access to a ski resort, súper family friendly. Indoor pool, sauna. There were also walking trails and sledge route. The food was amazing and the service excellent

Pros: Everything was excellent, this hotel deserves it's rating. Great accommodation, delicious food, very attentive and friendly staff, best location.

Cons: The sofa bed wasn't comfortable and makes weird sounds with every move you make.

Pros: It was our fourth stay and we like it more and more. The extended bar area is stunning and welcoming to sit down and have a drink. All staff is very polite and helpful. Food was even better then years before.

Pros: Breakfast is open buffet and it is very rich. Dinner has an open buffet for the starters then have the fix menu. The food is delicious. Hotel location is super, just next to the slope. The spa is lovely, actually two different spa center, one for 16+ and one for all ages. Staff is super kind and helpful.

Pros: The resort is well kept, spacious, clean. The sauna and pool area are fantastic. The staff are helpful and go out of their way to make your stay pleasant; they are also incredibly patient with children.

Cons: The fitness room is tiny and poorly equipped. They do not have laundry facilities (for anyone staying longer than three days, while hiking and cycling, that can be a problem). They provide a set menu dinner (with a very generous starter and salad buffet on top); the problem is they attempt to make \
