Good stay and nice atmosphere
Pros: the owner would text you in advance and send you the bus pass and the photo for the entrance which was very convenience amd thoughtful. Althought the room didnt include breakfast, the owner arranged a basket of food, egg, cookies, jam, spread and a bottle of wine for you and they could help to order breakfast.
Cons: there was no.8 bus at the main road, but it stop pretty early in the evening and we walked back after dinner. The atmosphere feel fine and safe to do so though.

Pros: We truly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful place. The apartment is new, spacious, and very comfortable — even more charming in person than in the photos. It is conveniently located close to town, yet pleasantly away from the busy center, with a lovely view of a vineyard. We traveled with our one-year-old baby, and the hosts thoughtfully prepared everything we might need. Thank you very much for your kind hospitality!

Beautiful location, fantastic apartment and very welcoming hosts who communicated promptly before and during the visit.
Pros: Fantastic to be staying somewhere surrounded by vineyards and felling like you’re in the middle of nowhere while only a 20 minute walk to town (also buses from the bottom of the hill). Also get access to the Sudtirol card which gives you free transport in the area and to a couple of the cable cars in Bozan and surrounds. The family who run the accommodation were very welcoming and were easy to communicate with. If you have time do the wine tasting on site and leave with a bottle or more.

Exceptional stay with great design, cleanliness, views and wine.
Pros: Our stay at Florian's was fantastic. The apartment was beautifully designed and spotlessly clean. Communication was prompt and excellent. Traveling with a baby, we found everything we needed provided for us. Florian & Veronika were incredibly accommodating and warm. The views from the apartment were stunning, and the estate's wine was superb. Highly recommended for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
Cons: That we couldn't stay for a full week! We'd love to come back someday :)

Pros: Experiência absolutamente perfeita. Apartamento impecável, kit de boas-vindas e acolhimento muito especial pelos anfitriões. Tudo isso em uma vinícola nas colinas de Bolzano, mas, ainda assim, bastante perto do centro pra ir caminhando. Estadia sensacional!
Cons: Não gostei de ter ficado 2 noites apenas. Gostaria de ter ficado mais.

Pros: Fomos recebidos com vinho da vinícola deles, frutas e outras comidas, achei fantástica essa atenção. Como ficamos duas noites ganhamos também o Bolzano card com ele vc pode utilizar alguns transportes de forma gratuita, tem desconto em alguns lugares tb. O apartamento é fantástico, lindo, super limpo, decoração de bom gosto, utensílios para cozinha de primeira linha. Camas concitáveis. Eu amei!!! Fica a 2 pontos de ônibus da estação central… mto perto das principais atividades de Bolzano.
Cons: Até o ponto de ônibus tem uma ladeirinha que dá uma canseira, é pertinho, mas cansa.

Stilvolle Unterkunft mit Ausblick
Pros: Schicker Neubau mit geschmackvoller angenehm schlichter moderner Einrichtung. Die Küche ist sehr praktisch ausgestattet, nettes Frühstückskörbchen und kleine Aufmerksamkeiten. Frische Eier und Brötchenservice. Traumhafte ruhige Lage mit Balkon und Ausblick, einige Stufen zur Wohnung. Die Gastgeber bzw. die Wohnung waren sehr gut auf unser Kleinkind eingerichtet.

Entschleunigen in den Weinbergen in Fussdistanz zu Bozen
Pros: Die Ferienwohnung liegt in den Weinbergen. Zu Fuss ist man in rund einer halben Stunde in der Altstadt von Bozen. Die Wohnung ist neu und sehr geschmacksvoll eingerichtet. Zur Begrüssung gab es einen Willkommenskorb mit einer Flasche Wein und frischen Eiern. Die Gastgeber sind sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich und haben uns mit dem Auto vom Bahnhof abgeholt.
Cons: Für mich persönlich war das Bettsofa etwas weich. Ansonsten alles bestens!
