Cozy apartment with awesome view to the city and the alps!

Pros: The location is great. The apartments are new and very cozy. The host is very friendly and willing to help. It was a great stay!

Cons: To go to the city by bus is very easy, but the way back is difficult. The bus stop nearby is only one way, so on the way back you will need to get off the bus one station before and walk for 10 min on the road , which is unpleasant and a little dangerous. However, this is not the host's fault, so no complains.

Pros: Tolles Appartement oberhalb von Bozen (grandioser Blick auf die Stadt) mitten im Grünen. Das Appartement ist sehr modern und mit viel Holz gestaltet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl darin gefühlt. Die Gastgeberin Evi war super nett, der Hofladen mit frischem Obst, Gemüse und Brot war wunderbar. Busanbindung nach Bozen ist vorhanden, erfordert aber etwas Geduld (Bus nur einmal pro Stunde, Fußweg an der Straße, zum Teil unzuverlässige Busse).

Wunderbar!!! Das Foto spricht von alleine, wie schön unser Urlaub war.

Pros: Unterkunft, Lage, Aussieht auf Bozen, der kleiner Hoffladen im Keller!!!! Evy und ihr Mann sind tolle Gastgeber und haben von dem Ort ein kleines Paradies gemacht!!!!

Pros: Posto meraviglioso, vista mozzafiato, comodo al centro, mezzi di trasporto a due passi, garage con telecomando a disposizione, ingresso ciascuno il proprio, prodotti biologici a disposizione, acqua potabile buonissima, se si potessero dare più di 5 stelle le darei. Pulizia, davvero tutto pulitissimo, sembrava nuovo. Proprietari gentili e disponibili. Ha tutto ciò che si può desiderare per un soggiorno davvero indimenticabile nel senso migliore del termine, non vediamo l'ora di tornarci.

Piccola baita su Bolzano

Pros: La casa era strepitosa con finestre enormi esposte direttamente su Bolzano. Ambiente accogliente e molto pulito con garage molto spazioso.

Un paradiso a pochi passi da Bolzano

Pros: Struttura nuova,molto pulita e con tutti i servizi necessari.Comodissimo il parcheggio coperto di fronte alla casa. Carinissime decorazioni natalizie comprese di albero sul terrazzo e lucine sparse per la cucina. Da visitare la cantina dove i proprietari vendono i cibi tipici da loro stessi prodotti come marmellate varie, sidro di mele, miele ecc..

Ottimo..ma da perfezionare alcuni dettagli.

Pros: Struttura Molto bella è ben rifinita, con cura nel dettaglio e completa di tutto. Posizione fuori dal casino urbano ma facilmente raggiungibile in 2 minuti in macchina o mezzi pubblici. Il panorama sulla città e montagne è eccezionale. Staff molto cordiale e disponibile. Garage privato al coperto. Se dovessi ritornare a Bolzano sicuramente tornerei in questa struttura.

Cons: Purtroppo a discapito delle recensioni positive che ho letto, e che mi hanno fatto scegliere questa struttura è stata la pulizia. Nel complesso abbastanza buona, MA, Purtroppo le tracce di precedenti ospiti con animali domestici era ancora evidente, come la presenza di croccantini sparsi per il piano soggiorno, e peli sui coprisedia, in più vi erano mozziconi di sigaretta nel portacenere è la busta dei rifiuti non era stata svuotata.

Pros: Die Lage und der eigene Hofladen waren sehr schön. Leckere selbstgemachte Köstlichkeiten und Wein vom Weinberg in dem die Unterkunft liegt war schon etwas besonderes ;)

Cons: Die Küchenausstattung hätte für unsere Begriffe etwas hochwertiger sein können und wir fanden die Preis-Leistung für den Frühstückskorb leider sehr überzogen. Lecker aber wenig Inhalt für so viel Geld auch wenn es teilweise handgefertigte und regionale Produkte waren.

Pros: Sehr schönes, perfekt und liebevoll eingerichtetes App mit wundervoller Aussicht. Herzliche, sehr hilfsbereite und aufmerksame Gastgeber.
