Good location in Bolzano
Pros: We needed a room in this very particular location, next to our relative who lives in Bolzano, and this one was just right for us from the location standpoint. If the location is less crucial for you, you may consider other places, because this one is in a very residential area, about 20min easy walk to downtown Bolzano. If you want to be in downtown, this may not work so well, but for us, the location was perfect

Really good stay! Highly recommend it!
Pros: - The apartment was really clean, well maintained and had everything we needed (kitchen, comfortable bed, terrace with good views, bathroom with clean towels). - The apartment was 15min walking from Bolzano city center. For us the location was great because it was quiet in the morning (you could hear the birds singing), it was next to the mountains (great views in the morning that you don't get in an apartment in the city center) and it allowed us to experience a bit how the locals lived. There were several bus stations nearby (1min, 5min and 10min walk) and a supermarket (10min walk). - We arrived before the check-in time and the hosts allowed us to leave our luggage in the apartment while they cleaned it. - After the first initial check-in problems, the open the door website worked perfectly and was really easy to use.

Beautiful and amazing
Pros: Guendy is a very nice person. The room is very neat, and the bathroom and kitchen were pretty clean. Location very close to city when you use bus 1. I had an awesome stay
Cons: I liked everything but I did not know how to on the heater😂😂😂and I didn't want to disturb Guendy.

Pros: Host explained and guided (in video ) the check in procedure very clearly. The place is clean and comfy.

Pros: Muy lindo el lugar, comodo, limpio. Lo bueno eran las vistas, la calefacción muy buena. La cama era muy comoda. La ubicación también, una zona muy linda caminando al centro media hora pero muy tranquila. El equipamiento provisto para cocinar era completo, solo faltaba un escurreplatos para no llenar todo de agua cuando lavabamos.
Cons: Por el precio que pagamos esperábamos al menos un shampoo y un acondicionador, que no trajimos porque en la descripción de Booking decía que los ofrecían. No había ni un agua en la heladera como bienvenida. Que en general todos te dejan algo para beber. La ducha se llenaba de agua cuando la usábamos y cuando la quisimos destapar había pelos rubios, que obviamente no eran nuestros. Sería bueno adicionar un escurreplatos

Es war alles in bester Ordnung, so wie man es erwartet.
Pros: Es war alles zu meiner Zufriedenheit. Ich habe mich sehr wohlgefühlt als Gast und kann es gerne weiterempfehlen. Besonders schön ist die Umgebung und die ruhige Lage.

Pros: Monolocale, molto carino e pulito con piccolo balcone, e macchina per caffè a capsule. Servita bene dai mezzi per il centro, comunque raggiungibile a piedi in 20 Min Host reperibile in poco tempo e cordiale nell' assistenza
