Peters Guest House

Pros: Peter's Guest House was well equipped and comfortable. It is not far from the centre of Bolzano but it was very quiet. The host was very helpful.

Cons: Nothing.

Superb. Very close to everything, the train station and the bus station. Mr.Hans was friendly and very supportive.

Pros: It went beyond our expectations. Well maintained and clean. Love the location and the property.

Great host and within walking distance of the old town

Pros: Hans-Peter, the host is super friendly and forthcoming. The accommodation was super clean and had all the amenities listed. Particularly the washing machine was handy. The big plus of this accommodation is that it is within walking distance of countless restaurants and the historical old town. A car park is also a plus in this crammed part of town.

Cons: As much as we liked the overall experience, there were a few points that didn't make it a 10/10. First, the kitchen is tiny and only really equipped for making breakfast or very simple meals. Second, the beds are really hard and creak slightly. Third, the shower is equally tiny and there is no soap holder or place where to put your care products in the shower. Fourth, the place is slightly damp so you have to run the air con a lot and at night this means cold air blowing directly on you. Overall we were happy with the accommodation, the price to value was also okay for the region and time of year.

Very pleasant and quiet place in a great location

Pros: Very pleasant and quiet place in a great location — just a 10-minute walk to the old town. The apartment was very clean, and the kitchen had all the basic essentials. It was a lovely touch that the host provided Südtirol Passes, which we used to travel around the city and nearby areas. Overall, a comfortable and convenient stay!

Lovely well equipped apartment within walking distance of the old town.

Pros: Lovely well equipped apartment just a short walk from the old town. Great communication from the host and he provided a video to help us find the place which was really helpful. The apartment is small but has everything you could need. There was a dishwasher, fridge, washing machine, plenty of cleaning products and also basics such as salt, oil and pepper provided.

Quiet and Well Equipped Apartments

Pros: We stayed in two of the properties managed by the very helpful Hans-Peter and both were very good. One is a large room with a bed, sofa and kitchen (and shower room, of course). The other is larger and has a separate bedroom and living room. Both were well equipped and had a washing machine. Both were also clean, well presented and extremely quiet. The Bolzano Card we were given saved us a lot of money as it gave us free access to the local museums, cable cars, buses and trains - we travelled all the way to Vipiteno on the train using the card, which is about an hour away.

Cons: The view from the apartments was pretty uninspiring - blocks of flats - and it was about a 15 minute walk into town, but neither bothered us.

Pros: Peter was extremely nice and helpful. The room is pleasant, washing machine is a plus.

Cons: It is a room, rather than an apartment.

Pros: Great apartment! It's very clean with a comfortable bed and pillows and everything for cooking in the kitchen. There is also a washing machine, iron, dishwasher and possibility to park a car that is really handy. Peter is very friendly and ready to answer any questions. The location is not in the city center but just a short walking distance, around 10-15 minutes. Highly recommended!

Great place to stay

Pros: The apartment was very comfortable and in a quiet location. We were happy to pay the fee to be able to park our car right in front. About a 10 minute walk to the centre. Host provided us with complimentary Bolzano cards, which gave us free bus, train, and cable car rides, as well as entry to museums. Saved us heaps of money.

Cons: The shower cubicle was a little small, but water pressure was great.
