An amazing apartment to spend Christmas in!

Pros: The apartment is spacious and very well equipped. The area is tranquil and the views from the apartment and balcony are fantastic. The host was very kind and helpful.

Cons: The only things that could make it even better is a place to put clothes in the smallest bedroom.

A great place to enjoy yourself at Bolzano and the nearby areas (Dolomites)

Pros: The extra effort of the landlady to pick us up from train station and taking us for food shopping which is way over the expectation as the supermarket is close soon. We couldn't thank her enough.

Cons: taking luggages to climb the stairs......not a big deal though

Pros: We truly enjoyed our stay. The apartment is close to the city center and offers a beautiful view of the mountains.. Also, the apartment was nice, clean, well-equipped and we didn't miss anything — we felt very comfortable in it. Katrin was a very kind host. We would definitely recommend this accommodation.

Great Bolzano apartment for small group or a family

Pros: Great location 10 to 15 minutes walk from the old town, perfect size for our group with everything we needed. Good air con and a large balcony area. Host was there to meet us on arrival, very helpful and responded quickly to any queries.

Cons: Nothing, all good.

Pros: The flat is very spacious, amazing view, good location and the owner was very nice, with clear instructions. Very happy surprise were the amenities and all the little touches (like a kitchen with essential ingredients for Italian cooking and even beers). I cannot fault it. Thank you again.

The best place to enjoy Bolzano in a group including free parking

Pros: The apartment is beautifully located in a quiet residential area and offers views of vineyards and gardens, as well as south and west views, from its huge balcony. The old town is just a few minutes' walk away. It accommodates up to six people and features 1.5 bathrooms, a washing machine for longer stays, and a fully equipped kitchen with a coffee machine, dishwasher, and everything else you might need. Katrin is a very friendly and helpful host and is always available to answer any questions. It wasn't our first stay and certainly won't be our last.

Cons: The beds tend to be a bit harder

Pros: The location was excellent, a quiet street in walking distance from the city center, with an own parking space and nice view from a spaceous balcony. The rooms were fine, kitchen was stocked, having two bath rooms was great as well. A nice place to unwind after exploring the local hiking trails.

Pros: Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber. Sie ist sehr gross und es hat genügend Platz für 6 Personen. Die Lage ist sehr gut. Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundliche und Hilfsbereit! Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen.

Cons: Eigentlich ist alles perfekt. Ausser die Betten, leider. Sie sind sehr hart und nicht bequem.

En favoritlägenhet som man vill komma tillbaka till.

Pros: Perfekt lägenhet för en större familj eller 3 par. Två badrum fina badrum. Mycket bra kombinerat kök och vardagsrum. Jättestor balkong i vinkel med sol från öst till väst. En kort promenad ner till gamla stan. En fantastisk värd.

Tutto impeccabile

Pros: Tutto al Top….location, ambienti, vicinanza dal Centro e Servizi, host sempre Presente! Difficile fare meglio.
