Large room with balcony and nice view.

Pros: Early communication was very good. Room was large, with balcony, kitchenette with 2 hot plates and microwave. Nice modern bathroom. Nice view from balcony. Clothes drying rack. Lift in the building. Strong wi-fi. Private parking in front of the building. Iron (even if it wasn't working very well). Location didn't matter that much to us, we were just there to sleep and leave early in the morning.

Cons: While early communication was excellent, and all done via booking.com messaging, unfortunately the most important details about how to check in and where to find the keys suddenly was sent via whatsApp, and since I had trouble with the app all the time, I never got to see it. We ended up standing in front of the property in desperation, trying to contact the host via booking.com, without success. It would be bad under any circumstance, and in your case we had one person sitting in the car running fever and desperate to hit the bed. We were pretty lucky to have a friend who lives in Italy and speaks the language, we kindly asked them to call the host for us, and that is how we found out where the keys are. Also, the fridge was not turned on upon our arrival and smelled pretty bad. Finally, there was only one bin in the whole apartment and it was very small. Bigger bin, or more than one bin would have been useful.

Pros: Struttura Ordinata e c’era tutto necessario. Proprietario molto disponibile e gentilissimo.

Cons: Tutto bene

Pros: Mi è piaciuto l'appartamento non grandissimo ma giusto per noi 4, 2adulti con 2bambine. C'era tutto il necessario. Non cercavamo niente di più per 2 notti. Gestori molto gentili e disponibili per qualsiasi cosa.

Pros: Appartamento piccolo, ma molto carino e soprattutto ben pulito, con vista sulle montagne. All' interno tutto l'occorrente anche per poter cucinare. Presente anche phon, ferro da stiro. Ho apprezzato molto il fatto di aver trovato cose come sale, zucchero, caffettiera e caffè, detersivo piatti, cose da non dare per scontate. Bello anche il balcone. Comodo il parcheggio gratuito all' ingresso del condominio. Nel complesso molto positivo.

Cons: Frigorifero rumoroso, ma sopportabile almeno per noi. Suggerirei l'acquisto di una lavatrice per un appartamento al completo.

Pros: Appartamentino e piccolo ma molto funzionale e accogliente. Siamo riusciti a starci in quattro senza grandi difficoltà. Tutto pulito, in cucina abbiamo trovato tutto il necessario per cucinare qualcosa. Bella vista, silenzio e tranquillità. Soddisfatti. Grazie.

Cons: Manca la lavatrice, ma per periodi corti non serve

Pros: Casa pulita, ben organizzata, fruibile, Casa purtroppo è un po piccolina per 4 persone. Ma se ci si arrangia va bene.

Pros: Buon rapporto qualità -prezzo, comodo al centro. Gestori molto disponibili.

Cons: La macchinetta del caffè perdeva acqua

Bel posto, buona posizione.
