Totally underrated. Great place.

Pros: Such a perfect setup for 2-5 people. Quiet and comfortable, but easy walking to town center for great food and ice cream. I really cannot understand the bad ratings. Clean, nice, inexpensive.

Pros: Ottima posizione, si può arrivare a piedi quasi dappertutto e in una zona con locali e ristoranti e negozi vari. La casa è completa di tutto e confortevole.

Pros: Posizione vicina al centro di Merano, si raggiunge con una passeggiata di una quindicina di minuti

Cons: Stanno ristrutturando tutto il complesso, le tapparelle non funzionavano ma noi ci alziamo presto e non è stato un problema. Ci sono comunque delle tende per oscurare lame stanze.

Pulito confortevole e vicino al centro.

Pros: Appartamento molto bello e pulito,potete raggiungere comodamente il centro di merano tramite 3/4 fermate di autobus linea 3. Da quella posizione potete rilassarvi per i vostri pernottamenti essendo in una zona molto tranquilla ma che offre comunque negozi come supermarket e tabacchi vicino alla vostra posizione. Da tornarci sicuramente.

Cons: È andato tutto molto bene.

schöne Unterkunft

Pros: Leben wie die Italiener mit überdachten durchgängigen Balkonen vor jedem Fenster nach Süd und Nord. Kühlschrank mit Eisfach. Wir waren in der Familien Sweet. Tante Emma Laden mit Brötchen um die Ecke

Cons: Ja, die Baugerüste standen noch, aber die Handwerker waren nur im Nachbarhaus. Die Wohnung ist fertig und der Blick zum Gebirge ist schön. Und ja, das Badtürschloß schließt nicht, aber man kann die Tür trotzdem verriegeln. Dafür gibt es eine geräumige Regenwalddusche. Also alles gut.
