Haus Schmiedhofer

Pros: Great location, the village is very nice and quiet, with all facilities (supermarket, restaurant, church…) very close to Braies lake and Prato piazza reachable by car, bus or bike. The room is actually an apartment in a working mill, with a nice, new and well equipped kitchen at the ground floor and a room and bathroom at the first floor. The apartment is exceptionally clean. We liked the furnitures, somehow vintage but made the job properly. Comfortable bed. The neighbourhood is very traditional and quiet area. Free car park available The owner is very friendly and available also for a late check in.

Cons: The only issue we had is a mild but constant 24-hours noise in the apartment, maybe due to the mill next door, but this did not affect our sleep. No public transport voucher given.

Pros: Parking situation is easy, great spot to stay near Tre Cime de Laverdo, beautiful spot in a lovely little town, owner is really nice. Very comfortable bed and nice washroom facility.

Cons: Slanted roof not great for taller people, wifi cut out at 11pm and was not on before we left in the morning, no amenities in room. Up two flights of stairs, washer/dryer is on bottom floor and is 2E each.

Pros: La signora è gentile e affabile. Posizione tranquilla. Parcheggio disponibile sotto casa. 2a Camera pulita, calda. Ottima colazione.

Cons: Per le esigenze della breve vacanza non mancava nulla

Perfecf spot to commute instead of Dobbiaco

Pros: The lady was super kind, even though my German was not really advanced we could understand each other and using the translator too.

Cons: Breakfast was mentioned to be included but we didnt get any.

Pros: Apprezzato la cordialità,pulizia,posizione in zona non trafficata anche se vicina al centro.

Pros: Établissement très confortable, propreté impeccable , propriétaire aux petits soins , petit déjeuner parfait : salé, sucré, boissons variées...très complet et copieux ! Situé dans un village très agréable, pas très loin de plusieurs sites où nous souhaitions aller

Una gioia per il cuore e per la mente

Pros: Al nostro arrivo la proprietaria era preoccupata per il nostro ritardo, peraltro dovuto al grande traffico incontrato, e temeva ci fosse successo qualcosa durante il viaggio, quando ci ha visti arrivare ha messo in bella mostra uno stupendo sorriso, una persona davvero carina; abbiamo trovato una stanza pulitissima, assai silenziosa, l'unico rumore che si percepiva era il suono del ruscello che correva poco lontano. Due notti deliziose in una terra che si è sempre dimostrata molto ospitale, anche con noi che non comprendiamo una parola della lingua che parlano tra loro; è sempre una gioia poter passare li qualche giorno. Ci si sente sempre come a casa...

Krásné místo, perfektně uklizené pokoje, vybavená kuchyňka a super paní domácí. Rozhodně doporučuji.

Pros: Paní majitelka je velmi příjemná a i přes jazykovou bariéru se nám snažila maximálně vyjít vstříc s naším pozdním příjezdem kvůli komplikaci na cestě. Domluva v němčině a italštině - s angličtinou nepochodíte. Perfektně čisté a uklizené pokoje. Krásně vybavená kuchyňka 👍🏻 lokalita taky super - 250 m od autobusové zastávky k lago di braies, 20 minut autem k tri cine.
