Beautiful hotel, location and lovely team.

Pros: Beautiful setting lovely room and friendly staff. Provided poles and rucksack in room.

Cons: Expensive £40 evening meal although lovely don’t need 6/7 course meal every evening.

Pros: Staff were very friendly and the reception staff had good knowledge of the area for hikes and walks. The food was exceptional. Very relaxed in the bar area in the evening, with lots of different areas to enjoy.

Pros: Lovely hotel, lovely restaurant and lovely staff. Would definitely come back here again.

Cons: No AC in the rooms making it a bit hot during the night.

Pros: The location suited us perfectly as it was just outside the bus stop to get to the lake and from the bus from cortina. The spa is lovely. We decided to go half board and enjoyed the cakes that were on offer. The evening meal was exceptional too.

Cons: No coffee or tea making facilities in the room which was really surprising. We asked if we could have an early cup of coffee for the morning only to be told no - it’s only available at 7.30. The only way we could do it was to request an earlier breakfast and miss half of the options just to have a hot drinks. We were also told by the man on reception about the bus that takes you to lago di braies and that we should have breakfast and then take the bus. He failed to mention that the bus is very busy and likely to be full so it set our hike back an hour having to walk 2km to the lake. It would have been good to know this as we would have just sacrificed the breakfast.

Pros: Near Lake braies, interesting cafe seat in the room, room has a space to see the grass view, free parking, with indoor swimming pool and sauna. With 2 free water in the room

Cons: Cannot keep luggage before check in Refrigerator not function

Hotel in beautiful location and great base for hiking

Pros: Beautiful location, amazing spa (no additional charge) with saunas and pool. Breakfast was plentiful - continental style breakfast with some hot options available. The room was spacious and had a balcony with a lovely view. Accessible by bus - we travelled here via 2 buses from Cortina d’Ampezzo. We stayed here before starting the Alta Via 1 - the hotel is a couple of km away from Lago di Braies, where the Alta Via 1 begins. You could borrow hiking holes from the hotel, which is nice for anyone wanting to do day hikes.

Pros: Nicely and newly renovated room. Super clean and comfortable. They gave us a bus pass to Lake Braise. So we parked the car at the hotel and took a bus to the lake. The bus stop is right in front of the hotel. Good dinner as well.

Cons: There's no kettle in the room.

The reception staff provides all good information.

Pros: The location is closed to Lago di Braies, less than 2km. The dinner is very good fine dining foods.

Cons: Nothing.

Perfect… wouldn’t hesitate to book again or recommend to others

Pros: Electronic blinds! 2x views! Large balcony. Delicious breakfast! Beautiful room. 5min drive to Lago di Braies. Lovely area to enjoy the countryside.

Cons: Spa & pool time was limited which is a shame so we didn’t get chance to use them.

We only stayed one night but loved it so much next time we world stay longer.

Pros: It had a great feeling and the location and food were eccellente
